Received in Chevinay, France via Tropospheric propagation on October 3, 2024.
A major surprise during this Tropo opening! This is my personal first reception of this transmitter.
Vocal ID at 0:23.
To what I understand, this frequency is "legal" in Germany if the power doesn't exceed 200W and the modulation has to be exclusively Mono.
The station is Belgian but the transmitter on 87.45 is known to be in Germany.
