  • Tribe, welcome back to another 10 minutes with me. Today the movements are spicy, but they will start building the foundation not only to a stronger core, but to healthier stronger shoulders, backs, and increased mobility.
    You may not practice these movements often or at all, so give yourself the grace needed to be patient learning these positions. if you need to modify, shorten the time of the Isos to 30-45s.
