Jane I have always enjoyed art. About 15 years ago I saw your art and I have been enjoying abstract art ever sunce. You Re so talented and to this day enjoy watching you create.
I simply love your spirit of exploration. You have thought me so much over the years and I appreciate your esthetics and eye for design and color! Thanks so much!
I wonder....doesn't the tip of your marker get ruïned when you go over (for example) the wax crayon? At this way I ruïned a lot of my markers. Does anyone know a solution for this problem?
Thank you, I agree re the bit that jazzes you, I feel that too when collaging. The interesting thing that came to me the other day is that I have no trouble with colour when collaging (it comes naturally, no thinking) but when I'm painting, then my mind comes into play and it's more of an obstacle.
Usually I shy away from questions about materials, because I want to say "who cares? Pay attention to the content". But in this case, the sketchbook IS pretty cool. It has 8"x10" pages that are perforated on the inner edge so that you can tear them out easily. Jane a new video from you is always a gift. Each exploration gives me inspiration to turn to when I'm stuck or just feel like playing. Be well!
Thank you for this little gem, Jane. You inspire me, as always.

I feel you have an intuitive understanding of colour because these are beautiful.
Thanks Jane. I've been missing your frequent short videos of a few years back. This one immediately led me to the next step for a stalled painting.
Thanks for sharing your composition thoughts, Jane!
I love the freedom of your ambidexterity.
I am no more ambidextrous than anyone. I just like to see what marks my non-dominant hand can makes. It is an opportunity for more variety.
I really love your work! It's like playing as a child, and it makes so much fun and inspires me! Thank you so much!!

Interesting. It's not just color, though, when collaging. Good that you see this in your own practice.
