It's called the "Special Number 2" because you will indeed have a "special" number 2 after eating this, lol ;)
Taking Johnny cash ring of fire to a new level
😂
Shitting 🔥
😂😂😂
Lmao
When he asked if he learned it from a wise man he looked like he wanted to punch adam
I felt the hit in his eye's!!!
3:08 the snort too when asked about the spices...
@@moniboo523 wax on wax off
One of the hardest parts about this challenge is that you can't really inhale it. You can inhale a spicy pulled pork sandwich and finish it quickly, this is gonna take more time than that so its even worse.
Especially with all that hot (temperature wise) broth? Yeah
Idk man. Adam couldn’t even talk in the shut up juice challenge. Hence the name
@@KingJachai He's referring to speed. You can't drink as quickly as you can eat, and a large quantity of liquid holds heat longer than most solid foods.
@@gabudaichamuda2545 True true
For the racial stereotypes he added extra secret asian chillies to Adam's bowl
Thinking the same thing
I think it's funny, he makes those tongue in cheek comments at every place he's at and makes jokes with stereotypes all the time
It's not racist if you make fun of everyone equally
@@selfloathinggameing try that, tell me how it works out
The funny thing is, the cook did the typical "it's a secret" bs thing, that is also an asian stereotype. I'm not even talking about the spice, but when Adam asked him where he trained/learned how to cook Ramen.
But then his little feelings get hurt when Adam makes a funny remark.
I was kind of put off that he said that too
Imagine the shits this man has taken the day after these challenges. He's a fucking legend.
That's why it's called the "Special Number 2" because you will indeed have a "special" number 2 after eating this, lol ;)
The Ramen burns twice.
that is not even shit anymore that just straight up a brown niagara falls.
Man vs Hemorrhoids
He doesn't eat a lot of fiber. So it would burn with no relief.
So a heads up as someone whose attempted this. They fill the special up higher than their normal bowl. Second, when is come out, it’s still boiling, beyond a consumable level. Not saying it isn’t doable, just a head up. The ramen itself, is absolutely delicious though.
That was the thicket Wisconsin/Minnesota accent I’ve ever heard from the woman in teal 😂

Idk why but when they said that the challenge was called special number 2 had me laughing so hard
Attractive woman: My lips are so hot
Adam: oh really? Screw this challenge
They were lesbians. Near the end you see the friend come over trying to push them, but they couldn't even finish half of the bowl. lol Today the same women would complain there picture is not on the wall, because gender equality.
Yeah we all heard
That poor girl was so grossed out about sharing that noodle
I will honestly say I LOVE Adam’s episodes, I think he is a very cool dude.
But I fucking HATE how people rip on Casey for being cringe when Adam heavily flirted with every female, and always had them kissing him for good luck or doing the noodle sharing thing.
He had corny jokes and acted very silly and corny and yes, cringe.
Casey does a fine job as the host now.
Sorry. Rant over.
I took this challenge over the summer, it was delicious, but i only lasted 13 minutes, couldn’t even get to the broth. If anything the vegetables were killer.
The veggies soak the most so that makes sense. I hear a lot that potatoes or mushrooms are very difficult in spicy challenges for that reason.
5:58 "This is what separates the men from the boys, and my interior stomach lining from the rest of my stomach..." I feel the same when I ate my first spicy ramen by myself.
5:29 So adorable!
"He's gotta pound it!" Dontcha know?

Gotta love how unamused Mr matsuda looked after the sign and bow Adam gave him. Adam did a kung fu sign. A salute, if you will. Kung fu is rather Chinese lol.
Kung Fu was developed throughout Asia it's not a "china" thing educate yourself
From Britannica- not Wikipedia….. Chinese [Wade-Giles romanization]: “skill” ) , Pinyin gongfu, a martial art, both a form of exercise with a spiritual dimension stemming from concentration and self-discipline and a primarily unarmed mode of personal combat often equated with karate or tae kwon do. The term kung fu can also signify careful preparation for the performance of any skillful endeavour without interference from the intellect or emotions.
As martial art, kung fu can be traced to the Zhou dynasty (1111-255 BC) and even earlier. As exercise it was practiced by the Daoists in the 5th century BC. Its prescribed stances and actions are based on keen observations of human skeletal and muscular anatomy and physiology, and it employs great muscular coordination. The various movements in kung fu, most of which are imitations of the fighting styles of animals, are initiated from one of five basic foot positions: normal upright posture and the four stances called dragon, frog, horse riding, and snake. There are hundreds of styles of kung fu, and armed as well as unarmed techniques have been developed. In the latter half of the 20th century a new genre of action films centred on kung fu techniques and philosophies emerged and helped to promote international interest in the art
@@larzheinz87 you are the only one who needs to educate themselves. Crack a book open sometime, ok?

I can’t imagine doing some of the challenges he did especially the spicy ones. Can’t imagine the aftermath of those
Probably for the best
Plot twist: Jiarehae is the chefs name, ancient language translating to "diarrhea". 😂
hahaha omfg, this is the only episode that has made me wince in pain for him.
"BITE NUMBER ONE"😂😂
There's something spicy about the editing in the video!
I ate this soup at home in less than 20 minutes, I swear to you it came back out in five minutes I barfed 2 times, and I swear I thought I was going to Die!!!!!! I have extreme high tolerance for hot stuff.
Yeah right. lol
@@IronKnee963I'm sorry you think I'm lying go eat it and talk to me after
@@hectorgarcia1825 So how did you eat it at home? You took it home?
Dude, how did you handle the temperature they serve it at though?
I had a similar issue with something called the "One Chip Challenge". A brand of tortilla chips, Paqui, makes a singular tortilla chip seasoned with Carolina Reaper peppers.
I ate it (with ice cream to chase it, since I'm a wuss lol), and it came back up 30 minutes later. I was on the bathroom floor in the fetal position.
RIP now ! 😂
Adams one of my favorite ppl ❤
The spice must flow.
This takes me back. A pal once took me to a place where for 6 usd (if you convert yen) you had tasty spicy pork ramen. I later managed to cook some myself, only without the spicy since some of the people close to me don't like spicy food.
Just saying that red head is gorgeous, so distracted by her I have to go back and see if he won the challenge
I must agree with you , she's beautiful. 😎
@@careysharp8340 well if that's you happy to have said
Red heads are a thing of beauty.
bruh plankton trynna steal this guy’s secret formula
Without the Voice Over it makes this WAAAAY more dramatic then it already was lol
I think I craped my pants as I was watching
I wonder if drinking the broth first will be better because the noodles will calm down your stomach.
k willi I was thinking the same thing
Too hot, literal temperature is too hot. You’d scald your throat and innards.
No, spicy food makes you feel fuller. By leaving the broth he is able to get more into his system.
by eating the noodles first they will start absorbing the broth in your stomach and will protect your lining
It's so crazy that even just a short 10-15 years ago before the explosion of RUclips that most non Asian Americans only thought of ramen as an instant cup thing.
Like, I remember when I was a kid watching ramen from Dragon Ball Z or Naruto and thinking "man, I wish we had that in America. We only have instant ramen" not realizing that there were probably ramen shops in my area right under my nose
Regular guy : this ramen is so hot
Naruto : Hold my ramen
The secret spice is dried chili ground. Paprika and cayennepeper
Gotta love the women making fun of Adam for tearing up when they ate less than 25 percent of their bowl....
Better Adam than I!
I like Adam because when it comes to a noodle challenge, he keeps the noodle in the bowl they serve it in. While Casey keeps removing the noodles into another bowl. That's not how you do a noodle challenge.
There are no rules to eat noods
Anybody else think that's just cayenne pepper?
Well done bro
That intro... 🤣🤣 like wtf
!!Que Resistencia!!.
Looks good af. This is a challenge I'm pretty sure I could tackle. 👍

I did this challenge, couldn't get the broth down lol.
Looking forward to eating this.
how was it?
@@lunarlight3131 I actually went today for the first time and since I wasn't sure how hot it is, I got the extreme option. That's below special #1 and special #2. It was delicious, and for my tolerance, not hot at all. Will be trying special #1 soon and then go from there. Sitting on the toilet right now and let me tell you the pain receptors on that end have not grown a tolerance like my mouth has.
I've done special 2 many times now. Not the challenge though. I can't eat in less than 30 minutes. It was good. Challenging. Hard to find places like that now
Sirenaaaaaa sirennnnaaaaa sirennnaa syruptinea
that chef looked like he was on the verge of tears from a family loss or some shit lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣True that
I eat Ramen with ghost pepper sauce every day.
Let me tell you, it helps keep my pipes clean.
I get special one every time I go there. I only once didn't do special one because I wasn't feeling a 100% so I got the one just below it.
naruto would be proud
and jealous. Of course, he lost his 'Ramen King' title to his wife, so...
The broth was the real challenge
This is the kind of spice you’d expect to find on Arrakis
Serena Serpentina does look quite spicy.
That was a big bowl!
forget those chopsticks, give me a fork and spoon
Honestly even if I could handle the spiciness, this is just too much food, my stomach would burst!
The owner tries to be all secretive with his ramen but his ramen aren’t even good lol.
I hope Adam got to get with those fire girls after the cameras turned off.
Me eating top ramen putting cayyene pepper and watching this like 👁👄👁
Cayenne is tasty when mixed with habanero
dang not even youtube can disclose about this restaurant. I remember there being commentary to the place, food, recipe, and who makes them in this episode, but all of that is cut out.
Who does no.2 worrrrrkkkk forrrrrr?!
The cutie challenger in the middle
Adam lol
Damn! The beautiful women always around Adam. I want to hang out with you Adam! And I will even try some of the challenges!
Broth is the killer
Finish the number 2 and win another number 2
Let's forget the heat for a second, (which I couldn't do), and think about the size of those bowls of Ramen soup. Even if u eat only once a day, I still don't understand how one person under normal circumstances could eat that volume of food...
My solution my brother is nothing good ole fashion herb. Just gimme 2 hours and an ounce I promise I will kill that and some desert 🤣

i cant believe he didnt have to sign a waver
He did for the Four Horsemen Challenge, and for one of the spicy wing challenges he did (can't remember which one). The wing challenge one sticks with me because the contract actually said "I acknowledge the fact that this is incredibly stupid of me, because I AM AN IDIOT."
@@dmadd4643 i know that im just saying for this one
@@dylanpajuelo8352 Probably because its not 'deadly' hot, compared to other such challenges. I've known a couple of people who've tried this dish - its painful, but they did finish it, just not in the time-limit. They had to let the timer run out so they could adjust.
That firey wing challenge has literally put people in the hospital, otoh. Makes you wonder if that waiver is actually legal or not...
@@dmadd4643 well if it became a civil case for damages.......an acknowledgment by the plaintiff would be tough to overcome in a court of law....
waver*
Im not saying this is easy but the fact you can drink milk makes this less difficult than other spicy challenges
I got milk for you conor mcgregor
Yeah, but at the same time, you’d want to avoid as much as fluid intake as possible, especially in this challenge since the requirement is to eat all the noodles and drink all the broth. I can see why he avoided the milk.
That only 1 in 100 that’s not that bad odds
Who will help me sh!t the fire?
6:06 - They gave her that line on purpose
Id say the biggest issue is temperature
Toilet bowl the next day looks worse then the ramen bowl
He probably thought adam was a spy hence why he was vague on the ingredients.
