This owner seems like a genuine guy
The biggest mistake he made was that siesta. the first 4 taco he had eaten had expanded on his stomach during the rest, that's why he was full.

As someone who has eaten at juan in a million several times a year since 2010, the don juan taco is delicious, the prospect of eating 7+ of them on the other hand, is fucking terrifying.
The potato alone in 7 of those tacos is about 5 lbs. The eggs would add another 1.25-1.50 lbs. Add in bacon and tortillas you're looking at 7.5-8 lbs. of food. Nuts.
When they tell you the flavor is in the grill and etc means “they dont clean it often.”

As a man that eats here fairly often. 1 don juan is often hard to eat. There is enough food there for 3-4 tacos.

I just skip to the challenge I love to see Adam take on these food challenges and win like a boss I miss this show so much Man vs Food and Sweet Genius were favorite shows growing up I wish they put them back on TV but since Adam can't do the show or challenges anymore how about Matt Stonie take over I watched his channel and still do at times and he is amazing, he would make Adam proud...
