@iscream409 the suger jelly one is relatively easy to make. You just follow a normal donut tutorial, but once you reach the round sprinkles part you model the sprinkle to look like sugar and make a lot smaller to add more of it to make it look like a donut with sugar on it, the jelly part is a mix of shaders and textures I think

I agree with why you're making the donut collection, but I personally don't believe NFT's are the way to do it. Instead you could've just autographed a bunch of donut renders and sold them for a limited time. I'm sure many Blender users would love to get an autographed physical copy of the Blender donut by the Blender Guru, especially if it meant giving back to Blender in some way.
