Bought the cheap empty power banks, and use those cells in there, especially the lower capacity ones, which i use with a power bank and USB plug in light as a torch. Great and simple way to get a cheap long lasting torch, and even low capacity cells will provide hours of light easily.

This video is very interesting and useful, recicling and reuse is a good idea. The battery's packs is in all dispositives. I try to do that, sure.

Hi there. Nice video ! Do you think it is worth the effort of compiling many of them to make a high capacity 12v battery ? (Like a car battery ?) Thanks.

You suppose to show how to open the laptop batteries and harvest them then that would be great man ;)

simple, fabricate an exacto knife soldiering iron tip
get a sponge, wet it with little water, and wipe that tip on it both sides.
      it is not tuff
use a nail same size as soldering iron tip, weld the blade on it

maybe wet/damp tissues work for cleaning the tip too
