I'm in my 30's and still don't think of that kind of stuff and these guys were like what 22 years old in college when they wrote those old Creed songs. They don't realize what they have when they team up and if I found something like that I'd put all the personal shit aside and try to work with them as long as I could.

I have always liked what they've done but that chorus send chills up my spine almost every time.. and that guitar lead at the end hit all the right spots for me. I guess second best of theirs to me is Weathered. Just full of content.

Scott Stapp has really stepped up his game with his singing. Creed has been my favorite band since I was 5 years old. I cried like a baby when they broke up, then cried some more out of joy when they got back together. lol! I LOVE CREED!

Fans filed a lawsuit against him for being too intoxicated to sing the lyrics of a song at a concert. The other guys in the band didn't like it, so they went their separate ways and joined Alter Bridge, while Scott tried a solo album. Took long enough, but they finally got back together in '09, and I'm glad in some of these songs that Mark has some great solos.
I am glad they are back with new music since I am discovering how much their songs, "My Own Prison" and "What's This Life For", affected me in the late-90's and continue to affect me today.
