I can't express enough the difference this made on my bone stock 2018 2500 . I ordered my truck and waited months for it to come so having to take it back to the dealer with 200 miles was a huge disappointment. when it arrived I could hardly keep it in the road when turning at high rates of speed such as lane changes due to the rear end "wag". CJC was my first phone call, because the clueless morons at the dealer couldn't tell anything was wrong. Cjc new immediately!
I read that Thuren said it will hit 99% of aftermarket diff covers. I bought the PML cover and it looks like that’s what’s in the truck in the video, so does it hit or will it clear?
Is it worth mixing Thuren with carli products or just selecting one of their complete systems when lifting a truck for off-road performance and retaining towing capability?
My power wagon is a 2021, has 19,000 miles. I tow a 3,500lb off road trailer, roughly 6,000 miles annually. I guess my question is what should I expect for life out of my stock track bar? Or do you recommend changing it right away? Thank you.
Our family has a ‘16 Ram 2500 Cummins/4WD with a 4” BDS/4 link suspension kit. Also running 20x10 wheels w/-18 offset (35x12.5r20 tires). Would this product work with our setup pls? OBTW, we are running a Thuren track bar already (in the front) & are very happy with it! Thank you in advance.
It would probably work, but would definitely be at the longest adjustment length since your truck is higher in the rear than any of the Carli/Thuren systems.
I have a 2016 ram megacab cummins and the sway on the truck is pretty bad also have a 2 inch level kit with bilsteins in the front no spacer long coil springs. At high speed when hitting a bump my truck starts to sway a bunch side to side will this help and or a front sway bar too?
Are these adjustable? How do set the axle center for either OEM height, a lift or is the track bar not a factor is centering the rear axle like it is up front?
@@CJCOffRoad so with a 1” spacer lift and OEM rear coils, the axle would be slightly off center? Does the Carli relocation bracket allow for centering adjustment?
I had a Carli company (Thor in Austin) install Carli 2.5 leveling on my 16 Ram 2500 with track, sway, upper and lower steering stabilizer and ball joints. I ran the truck for 3k miles on stock 20” runs with stock size Michelins. I just went to 295/65r20 Nitto Ridges on my 20” stock rims and I have instantly experienced WAG. freaked me out going 90mph from San Antonio to Houston the day I had the tires put on. QUESTIONs This is a common exerience? This rear track bar will remedy the Tail Wag? Thanks.
That is sadly a very common experience with 14+ Ram 2500s and a result of the poor factory track bar design and rear geometry. This track bar is a massive difference as it reduces that lateral movement, and keeps the rear end planted. We highly recommend it for pretty much any Ram 2500 stock or modified!
Just put one in my 2014 2500 diesel. Wish I did this the day I bought the truck. Very happy with the reduced "wiggle". Especially with a sled deck.

Make a video where you show articulation of the front axle with stock sway bar vs carli sway bar.
josemonreal09 👌🏼
Added to the list!
Loved the content, hope to see more content including other suspension components besides Carli
I didn’t know Toby got into trucks after hr
It made a huge difference on my 2016.
Was your truck in an accident?
My 18 ram 2500 never feels unstable in the rear.
@@charleshenson4183 no its's lifted with Thuren Springs. No problems when stock.

I prefer to use complete systems personally, however sometimes parts can be interchanged to meet a customer's end goals.
Is this track bar compatible with Carli’s rear sway bar?
Anyone swapped this on to a 2019+ Power Wagon yet? I'm getting sea sick with the sway.
Will you guys be doing a video on Thurens new rear 4 link upgrade kit any time soon?
We're still waiting for the Predator kit to drop! We did install the base kit on a truck and it's a nice improvement.

All personals preference the stock track bar will last a lifetime this just updates the rear end to have better geometry
Will that work with the Carli 3.25 lift kits or only for stock height
This will work for either!
Can I get the carli pintop for my 19 power wagon and add this rear track bar from thuren?

I asked about this track bar last year. You guys said I’d be fine 🤔. How about some rear arms ?
You’re fine without it, but it does help reduce the side to side movement of the truck.
Tax right off haha 😈

If I have air bags the track bar bracket fit?
It depends on the bags, but in our experience it will. Give us a call if you have any questions and we can make sure your specific set up works.
CJC Off Road I have the Ride-Rite by Firestone spring kit.

They are designed for 0-1” of lift and are not adjustable for anything higher.

Will this track bar work on my 2015 Ram 5500 chassis?
