Which do you think is best Dr. to do a method of space closure in between laterals and cuspids upper and lower arch of about 2.5 to 3 mm space , using powerchains or by using T loops in the archwire or by using class one elastics with crimpable hooks attached to the distal of laterals to molar hooks of first molars ?

I don't prefer a method more than the other but I think the choice will depend on the case details like torque, anchorage and clinician skills

My situation:
I have one missing 1st upper molar on the right side and one lower impacted wisdom tooth that I want to remove later on also on the right side. All other teeth are intact and not impacted.
My question is:
1) Is it possible to wear braces to only close one gap from missing 1st upper molar to bring 2nd and 3rd molars forward? How long will it be to close the gap?
2) Is it possible to wear braces if I have all 6 molars on the left side but only 4 molars on the right side? Can it be done if it not equally proportionate or do I need to remove other teeth also? I only want the gap close and not so much about perfect alignment.

If we retract 3 with ske. anchorage at a level high than the center of resistance of 3.. won't cause tipping?

All teeth movement involve tipping but the resultant movement will be more or less bodily movement in the force pass close to the CR

طب ليه أو لأي ظرف سبت ال power chain فترة اطول من ٣٠ يوم بتلاقيها قفلت مع إنها المفروض تفقد its elasticity
ببساطه لأن الأسنان عندها قابليه للحركه ف اي مسافه متاحه ف حتى لو فقدت المطاط قوتها بتكون أدت دورها ك دليل على الطريق 👌

المسافة مقفلتش كلها
والدكتور قال مش هتقفل تانى
وقال هيركب طربوش
الطربوش هو الحل وللا المسافة ممكن تقفل بالتقويم مع الوقت ؟
باذن الله تتقفل بالتقويم زوري دكتور متخصص مهتم بشغله و الضرس السليم أبدا لا نركب له طربوش

سلام دكتور في تقنية امريكية اسمها Pitts 21 نسبة لمخترعها tom bitts هي تقنية 3D هي سريعة جدا و تجنبنا خلع الأسنان مهما كانت الحالة صعبة احنا عندنا في الجزائر دكتور تقويم يستعمل هته التقنية
دعاية غير صادقه
قرار الخلع يتوقف على تفاصيل الحالة و ليس فقط نوع ال Braces و طريقة العمل mechanics

in general, No method is favorable but every method had its own situation
