If that guy is that upset while still drunk, he's going to be 10 times worse when he sobers up. Praying for the victim and his/her family and prayers that he gets the help he needs for both sobriety and dealing with what he has done.

Really sad all around.
At least he was upset. The lady that hit me and my mother was only worried about her car. My mother almost died, she was in the hospital for 5 months. the woman twice the legal limit. Never showed any remorse. She was rude to ther judge and fought the dwi ticket for a year.

Edit:The scene is as real as it gets. Substantial Bodily Harm is severe. There was someone on Jail Las Vegas who killed someone drinking and driving. The man was 22 years old, he was going to graduate college. One bad choice, can affect someone for the rest of their live and other people’s lives. Jeffery made the choice the drive drunk, now he has the suffer the consequences.
He isn’t the only one on jail who killed someone. There was an Asian looking guy who killed someone else via dui

I have a new outlook on my taxes going to prisoners. Forget them! The staff employed here deserves anything dealing with these people that we don’t want to. Like the “naked room” guy

I don't feel one bit sorry for him. Vehicular homicide is so easy to prevent...don't drive drunk. Simple, very simple. I lost a very close friend, someone I had been friends with since I was 3 years old, to a drunk driver. I have never forgiven him. That was in 1968. Jeanine I still miss you.

Before people drink and drive it should be mandatory to watch this video drinking and driving kills people before I was out of high school I lost several friends to drinking and driving
When I was in college in Columbia sc we were down on five points talking to some friends at this fountain ⛲️ literally looks like the emoji lol any we decided to walk back to school we had gotten about 5 or 6 blocks away and we hear this loud crash we figured it was some drunk idiot crashing their car. Later that night we saw the friends we were talking to at the fountain walking back on campus covered in blood we asked what happened the sound we heard was a drunk driver speeding down the street and he hit a usc student who was crossing the street he was driving so fast the impact decapitated her and he was dragging her body underneath his car the blood splattered on them. It took a group of people to get him to stop be for he realized what he did he cried just like this man did I felt no remorse I think he’s still in jail now.. a few years later I was that girl (of course I wasn’t decapitated) but I survived with permanent injuries I’ve gotten pretty hammered but not once have I said I’m ok to drive moral of the story stop freaking driving drunk you ruin ppls lives as well as your own

I know he may have killed someone. I really feel for the deceased and there family. But this guy literally may me cry i can understand the extent of the guilt and sorrow. Hope if he went to prison they give him professional help. He has a long time to recover. Sad for both.

They are either held for court, if no bond, or processed and released. Depending on the seriousness of the charges
