ബജാജ് ചേതക് എടുത്തിട്ട് ഒരാഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ വണ്ടി ഉച്ച സമയത്ത് ഓൺ ആവാതെ ആയി. രാവിലെ കുഴപ്പം ഇല്ല. വൈകുന്നേരവും കുഴപ്പമില്ല. പക്ഷേ ഉച്ച സമയത്ത് ബട്ടൺ എത്ര അമർത്തിയാലും ഓൺ ആവില്ലായിരുന്നു. സർവീസ് സെൻ്ററിൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു പ്രശ്നം ആദ്യമായിട്ടാണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. സർവീസ് സെൻ്ററിൽ എത്തിച്ചപ്പോൾ 2 ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ശെരിയാക്കി തന്നു. കൺട്രോൾ യൂണിറ്റ് replace ചെയ്തു. ഫ്രീ ഓഫ് കോസ്റ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു. ലേബർ ചാർജ് പോലും വാങ്ങിയിട്ടില്ല. നല്ല സർവീസ് ആയിരുന്നു. Front suspension സ്റ്റിഫ് ആണെന്നതൊഴിച്ചാൽ ചേതക് വളരെ മികച്ച വണ്ടിയാണ്.

I am a person who is using 4 electric vehicles. Two cars, one scooter and one bicycle. All were purchased after seeing the reviews published by Mr Baiju. In my opinion, I can tell you without any doubt that it’s high time that you should have switched to electric vehicles. Regarding two wheeler users, you must go ahead blindfolded. Four wheeler users should go only if you have an average use of 1000km per month. But if you are a person or organisation availing corporate tax benefits, then even the previous clause is not applicable to you. The only point where I have a difference of opinion with Mr Baiju, is in this aspect. Instead of being a front runner and opinion moulder, he has been playing a safe role till date. It may be because he is not an entrepreneur. 😄😄 I was trying to get in touch with Mr Baiju through various options, for the past 2 years. But till now I haven’t been successful. 😜😊😊 I still continue my repeated attempts 😂

All can check. I have booked for an Ola s1 x plus. Before delivery itself, I could sense that the customer service is not upto the mark. While interacting with the banglore team, for some doubts, They doesn't have any solution and they doesn't care much if the customer is satisfied or not. No proper way to communicate or escalate our issues and concerns. Let's see 🤞

ബജാജ് ചേതക് എടുത്തിട്ട് ഒരാഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ വണ്ടി ഉച്ച സമയത്ത് ഓൺ ആവാതെ ആയി. രാവിലെ കുഴപ്പം ഇല്ല. വൈകുന്നേരവും കുഴപ്പമില്ല. പക്ഷേ ഉച്ച സമയത്ത് ബട്ടൺ എത്ര അമർത്തിയാലും ഓൺ ആവില്ലായിരുന്നു. സർവീസ് സെൻ്ററിൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു പ്രശ്നം ആദ്യമായിട്ടാണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. സർവീസ് സെൻ്ററിൽ എത്തിച്ചപ്പോൾ 2 ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ശെരിയാക്കി തന്നു. കൺട്രോൾ യൂണിറ്റ് replace ചെയ്തു. ഫ്രീ ഓഫ് കോസ്റ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു. ലേബർ ചാർജ് പോലും വാങ്ങിയിട്ടില്ല. നല്ല സർവീസ് ആയിരുന്നു. Front suspension സ്റ്റിഫ് ആണെന്നതൊഴിച്ചാൽ ചേതക് വളരെ മികച്ച വണ്ടിയാണ്.

I am a person who is using 4 electric vehicles. Two cars, one scooter and one bicycle. All were purchased after seeing the reviews published by Mr Baiju. In my opinion, I can tell you without any doubt that it’s high time that you should have switched to electric vehicles. Regarding two wheeler users, you must go ahead blindfolded. Four wheeler users should go only if you have an average use of 1000km per month. But if you are a person or organisation availing corporate tax benefits, then even the previous clause is not applicable to you. The only point where I have a difference of opinion with Mr Baiju, is in this aspect. Instead of being a front runner and opinion moulder, he has been playing a safe role till date. It may be because he is not an entrepreneur. 😄😄
I was trying to get in touch with Mr Baiju through various options, for the past 2 years. But till now I haven’t been successful. 😜😊😊

All can check. I have booked for an Ola s1 x plus. Before delivery itself, I could sense that the customer service is not upto the mark. While interacting with the banglore team, for some doubts, They doesn't have any solution and they doesn't care much if the customer is satisfied or not. No proper way to communicate or escalate our issues and concerns. Let's see 🤞
