1. 450x gen 3 Purchased in 2022 cost of 167000 in that 20000 given back the cost of charger, so effective prize ₹147000
2. For 10 years requires 20 times of service ₹12000 (average 600 per service)
3. 3.7 kwh battery reqires ₹25 to 32 for full charge so for 10 years₹34560 rounding off to 40000 prize hike is concerned
4. Irrespective of your calculation battery needs to be changed one time so 60000

Profit ₹136000 or ₹ 93000(if present cost of ather is ₹190000)
Other facts..electric vehicle become profitable if you ride it atleast 60km per day
Petrol scooter you need to change at least in 5 years. In your calculation with 30 km a day use does not warrant battery change in 10 years. For 30 km run you need to buy lower battery capacity which cost only as much as petrol scooter. So you save 1.2 lakhs calculated on battery replacement and 60k on purchase price
