Thanks for sharing. When returning to the US, can you fly directly to Portland and meet Customs there, or are you required to first land at an Airport of Entry closer to the border, like KBLI?
@noahmatisoff4895 I've been working on my MEL rating at BFI using a DA42 but unfortunately my flying school just went out of business. No other school in the Seattle area uses DA42's that I know of. Very cool twin.
@@noahmatisoff4895 That's great to know! You're not too far from Seattle, and I was only one or two lessons away from being signed off for the Private MEL checkride. How hard is it is to find a DPE in the Portland area? I might consider using your school when I'm back in the PNW next summer!

I cleared customs in Seattle at Boeing Field! They’re available 24/7.
