    I love your commitment to your content as well as your training! So proud to hear your changing thoughts around fueling especially while running, it's so hard getting used to chugging gus or even mentally knowing you gotta take 5-6 Gus (every 30min or so) for a marathon but truly it's a game changer for your training!! Cannot wait to see you crush your marathon🫵🙌🏼

    I have also struggled with the gels and after testing a lot l found the Hydrogels of powerbar (I prefer the Cherry version:) ) to be working for me, especially because they are a bit more fluid than regular gels and you do not necessarily have to drink water straight after drinking/eating one of those :) hope this helps!
