    so glad to see you back! I would love to hear reviews of any running focused (training or otherwise) books you've read. I bring this up because I think I remember you were using a training plan from an actual book for marathon training (maybe?). I also just generally love the videos where you sit down and chat about a certain topic! like training/running products/your running story/etc.

    I also had a pubic rami stress fracture. so rare I was ✨misdiagnosed✨ three times hahaha. glad you got better!
