    Use a fabric steamer to remove the plastic covering. Slowly peel the plastic covering as you heat it up with the steamer. Start in a corner and It will all come off in one piece under 10 minutes.

I was wondering if you can please tell me something. What made you wrap the whole inside of the trailer with stainless steel? I want to install stainless just on the cooking side and then put the white panels used in restaurant kitchens for the rest of the the inside. Is it just preference or is just more effective/ efficient for cleaning? I want to save because money is limited. Thank you for the great videos, they will be helpful!

    Dought you read these any more being two years old, but having a money delima. I don’t k ow if I can afford the painted aluminum sheets like I want on my food trailer. It’s going g for 150.00 a sheet. It is 11 1/2’ long by 7’ wide approx, I’m extending it 3’. Need little more room. If I do get lucky enough to get aluminum sheets, should I run the sheets, up & down, overlap each end 1 1/2”, if I do it that way, I’m looking at 9 sheets and little over a grand, a grand I ain’t got right now. I’m in over my head too far to try and sell it, never get what I e got in it right now. I hv all tanks, plumbing, cabinets, had 900.00 structural welding done when 1st bought it. Floor was weak, put new roof on it avd hv insulation fir it only 2 sheets of what I’m using for ceiling covering. Flush mounted led lights, this that etc. couldn’t sell it avd get money I hv in it. Either way I run outside metal shell I’m looking at 9 sheets, plus padded SS wall covering on inside. Man I never expected to drop the dough I’m dropping thought I’d be selling my sandwiches already down on the Texas coast but going to be a easy 8 more months or longer still hv to run electrical, trying to figure out the snow for all that to see if my generator will carry it it’s a 10,000 w generator thanks anyone got idea of what I ca use that loons line painted yellow aluminum sheets I’m open thanks Steve

      Goodmorning!! I would recommend watching some of my videos, it's not terribly hard to do it yourself, you'll get it exactly how you want, and you'll save a lot of money. I believe you can do it!!

    I am new to this, but can an aluminum sheet metal or other sheet metal be used rather the steel? What would the benefit of having the steel sheet vs other metal sheets?

    • @alejandrofernandez7413
      @alejandrofernandez7413 3 года назад

      Aluminum stain

    • @ItsHimMega
      @ItsHimMega 3 года назад +1

      other metals tend to stain, rust and/or oxidize in a kitchen setting. Stainless steel eliminates all of the issues AND it is more durable than most other metals in this application. Also, your health department most likely will require stainless steel or something like FRP paneling for water resistancy and avoiding mildew

      Just insulation on ceiling and where the window is. If you wanted to add more guess you could doesn't help out much. It's going to get hot regardless when cooking

    What? No header support on window after cutting studs then electrical tape on the wire access holes instead of proper romex connectors!??? Asking for failure! That trailer gets knocked around hard while in transit. Wires will get cut in time and no support will break that window. No even watching the rest. Piss pore job dude!
