  • Hey, grab your weights and let your muscles get stronger and toned with this "FULL BODY STRENGTH"
    Easy exercises without repeats and without jumping.
    You work for 45 seconds and have 15 seconds of rest in between. I use 2x 5kg and 2x 2kg weights.
    Let's do it together.
