That jug idea is such low tech genius, I love it.

Recently I’d purchased the exact same diamond wheels. This video is SUPER helpful for mosaic and tile projects.
Super appreciate the water idea. Perfect and very helpful 😁

When you said you used a jug of water I was expecting to see someone holding and pouring water. The holes are a genius idea and if I get the nerve to start tiling my backsplash I’m using it...Tysm!

I am attempting this now but the glass cracks. What speed were you on? I am starting with the back line. Thank you

What did you do for neater L-shaped cuts (such as around cabinets) that are visible (not rough like these which are covered by the outlet cover)?

Probably best to try and use a tile cutter for the longer section and then possibly use a diamond wheel for the small cut. I didn't have this exact scenario but sometimes you just have to try your luck at the way the tile snaps. Remember you can somewhat hide an imperfect - 'L' with some grout if you're putting it right next to the cabinets (if this applies to your situation). Hope this gives you some ideas.

Is it as easy to get the intricate cuts? One of the benefits of the diamond wheels is how small they are.
