This video is not about speeding up a single rendering. It's more about how to do several renderings simultaneously.

Hi there! I didn't see my issue pop up in your video so I thought I'd ask here.
I use ME a lot. At times it runs pretty much the entire work day while I'm still working, so I definitely see and like the benefit of it.
Two glitches happen to me all the time and I can't figure out why.
The first one is not as bad: whatever settings I set on AE before sending it to ME are not respected; ME sticks to the last settings I used. At times I even enjoy that, cause I can just send it straight to ME knowing that my deliverables are all correct, but if this is not a glitch but a setting I would love to know how to turn it off if ever change my usual render needs.
The second one really hinders my workflow: I use the essential graphics panel a lot. I work with sports and often times I have 80 short animations with different players and different stats that were changed with Essential Properties. If I render them inside of AE I have zero problems. If I render them in ME I sometimes have no issues, sometimes all renders have the original properties (player) from the source comp, and sometimes I have a mix of both. Going back and rewatching every single one of them, and re-rendering the wrong ones, is definitely not a step I want so I end up skipping ME for those.
Have you ever seen any of these happen? Thank you for any insight! :)
yes and yes, and unfortunately I don't have a cure.
