    Thank you so much for doing this because I was actually scared I haven't even put mine on my neck yet because I hear acupuncture and I'm thinking needles are going to be in my neck so you made it look like it doesn't hurt none of the most hurt plus I'm like you there is no way I'm going up to 15 that probably would hurt so thank you for letting me know now I can put it on my neck appreciate that cuz you didn't say any of it hurt thank you

    Help i don't have a view of what mode im on. I have to turn on the heat in order to have a massage my on neck

    I don’t have one, am just considering getting one. But one thing I came across was someone saying they used aloe vera instead of water to make that skin-electrode connection. Just a thought

    Thank you for the in depth review Sid! There is an additional accessory provided so curious to know if it is safe to plug in the usb cable electrodes pads to a 5V phone charger to power it up for use on the muscles?

      Sounds like you have a different one then I do, so not sure what to advise you. Weird it does not come with a charging cable. Is yours a wireless unit?

    Electro plates stopped massaging but only heating works, I tried to replace and repair but unfortunately it didn't work, is there a specific way to repair them?

      @@kapmak7019 the instructions that come with device state you must contact the company directly for repairs. Any attempt to repair it yourself will result in them refusing to repair or replace.

    After 5 months of use, how it goes? Any cons? Would you recomend it for gift to parents/elders?

      All is still working ok and don't see any cons. For the elderly, I believe it is ok, but should probably try on a low setting. Also would suggest asking their Dr if it would be safe for them to use.

      The head of the penis is generally too sensitive to put the pads on. Stick with the neck for best results.

      It comes with a USB cable for charging that you plug into a USB port. I show this in the video.

      @@SidsTips Thanks. But, all devices aren't made for all chargers. For instance, you shouldn't charge a Fitbit with a phone charger. But, a charger with less amps is why I was askings.

      The instruction booklet that comes with the device states repeatedly it is to never be used more than 30 minutes a day - preferably split into two 15 minute sessions.
