This is my first time using it I shouted and then laughed at myself tried it again and it was like a shock I removed it very fast,still scared of using it

The intensity of the massager is very strong and even though I set it to 1, I can't imagine what the intensity will be like at 8. I screamed in fear because it seemed like electricity, I don't like it very intense and it doesn't look like a massager if it doesn't have an electric shock. I don't recommend it😡
I got 2 of these off shein they look the same but the sticky pads look better on mine and stick very well thanks for demonstration

Its current+vibration..the best is slap mode ,i use it in level 14-15 n its so relaxing now...at first it felt like electric shock n was scared but now im used to it

Thanks. I thought mine wasn't working but as you say it seems to know when it's contacting skin. I put it on my calf and anything above two was too powerful, almost painful.

Mine turns itself off after about 10 or 20 SECONDS after being switched on and set to any level, ie 1-11). Does anyone have a suggestion how to fix this problem? It's fully charged and definitely the fault will happen with a brand new gel pad. - which i clicked in correctly and firmly pressed on to the skin.
The instructions on the box refer to "19 gears" - what does this mean?

I also got a little shock whenever I hold both pads with my fingers while it’s on level 1 or higher. It doesn’t send electrical signals when on level 0, and is safe to hold between fingers.

Yes it blinks when activated and don’t wet it. You can clean it with a damp cloth when it’s turned off.
