It seems like you have more than enough space in your compact fridge freezer. I would reduce the amount of drinks in the fridge as you can always make ice in your freezer. I would carry drinks & the eggs in a cool box, that will free up more space for food. We use a compressed bottle of water and place it in the freezer. Then on really hot days we can take this frozen bottle from the freezer and use the iced water bottle for chilling the cooler bag, then when we arrive on a picnic most of the ice will have melted & the resulting chilled water was then available for drinking, which is very refreshing.
Great assortment of food items for a good size fridge. Just an idea I like to share, for trips into remote areas, we bring a few MRE’s as emergency food. They practically last ‘forever’ even in heat and taste 'alright'. Cheers! 😻

Wow, you can grow a persimmon tree? We planted a few and they all died. A cousin gave us a few big bags of these from his rental house. 😂😂Hope you will have good harvest from your tree this year. 🤗
I love persimmons too, but that's a lot of persimmons for 2 people on a weekend trip 🤣 Hubby seems so excited about the Cheese Cake 😂
All those persimmons were for 5 days trip. Lol Cheesecake is a must for my husband camping trips . 😂🚐🚐
