This one is the easiest guide for Verity I have ever seen. Great job!

Great video! One correction I would like to add: If you pick up the wrong shape, you can pick up a 2nd to make a 3D shape and then "give" it to any Guardian statue. Since you can only give single shapes (not two at a time) it'll take away those two shapes and reset itself because you tried to give away a 3D shape.

Been having a lot of bugs. Everyone has their keys and the outside shapes are correct but can’t go through the glass. Or even symbols not projecting on the walls, etc.

If the walls are bugged and not displaying shapes, that doesn't automatically make the encounter not clearable.
However, if players struggle with exiting their solo rooms even with their key and the dissection is correct, it's VERY LIKELY that one or more inside players don't have both their statues cleansed you have to receive the shapes that you need cleansed.
TLDR: If you have your keys, check if you can only see your statues shape. If not, you have to cleanse them. If there's only 1 (yours), then you're good, and you should be able to leave the room, provided your two teammates inside are in a similar state.

I love this encounter. Bungie adding mechanics that utilize skills and mechanics that have never been used before in a raid is a cool breath of fresh air for me.

    thanks for the guide!
this is one of the worst encounters. final shape is one of the worst dlcs ever in my opinion. it’s as if someone said let’s add everything players hate. almost like they don’t want us to play anymore.

Well I agree the raid is hard but I am really enjoying this dlc a lot

@@PartTimeGuardian that’s really cool. i hope someone is enjoying it! the changes that were made are very not fun. gambit isn’t really bad but with microcosm it’s a nightmare right now if someone has that. i haven’t been in strikes and dungeons, just forget it.
i finished this raid but i will NEVER do it again after the lfg nightmares (yes. plural). although i do enjoy the way you explain things. can’t wait to see the rest!

@@cbn.17 what are you talking about!? i’ve completed nearly every challenge in this raid so far. i’ve done the raid several times. i just don’t enjoy it because it isn’t fun. i can’t do carries, i can’t help young guardians through, and even my team has become toxic and bigoted to players with less skill if they fail a few times.
so get mad at bungLe for making garbage content. don’t get mad at me. i suggest this channel and these guides to players who are having difficulty. this content creator is one of the best to explain complex ideas the way he does. i’m giving him feedback to see his feelings.
you can step off with whatever you’re talking about. i’m still playing the game o just think this raid needs an overwhelming nerf to difficulty and mechanics. it isn’t fun when players can’t or don’t want to play together.
      no kindly eff off, pal.
      thanks!

@@omarlocke4351 look man, i'm just taking the piss, not trying to nuke you from space. there's no need to take what i said so seriously. even though microcosm might be OP in gambit right now, gambit has never been particularly well-balanced; it's kind of a meme gamemode, and that's coming from someone who plays it a decent amount.
as for Salvation's Edge, I don't think it's a bad decision at all for Bungie to implement raids aimed towards players across a wide spectrum of skill levels. I think it's good for the game that some raids should be widely accessible to new players whereas some raids should be more difficult and challenging in their puzzles/combat. I think the puzzles in Salvation's Edge are particularly fun because you have to juggle so many things at once, which makes the raid more tense. It does require a higher level of coordination than many raids, especially for encounters 4 and 5, but again, I don't think that's a bad thing. And if your team is getting bigoted or toxic towards newer players who fuck up the mechanics, that's a problem with your team, not the raid -- it can be frustrating to get held back by someone's mistakes, but it's still everyone's responsibility to stay civil and considerate.
i don't think it's a design flaw that the raid meant to be completed by a team of well-coordinated and well-informed people, and i don't think it's a design flaw that you can't singlehandedly carry a 6-man activity. I would much rather have a raid that teeters on too difficult like SE than something braindead easy like RoN. But hey, different strokes for different folks.
