- I'm a cool guy trying to do consecutive muscle-ups.
First, stretch your wrists, then do push-ups while stretching.
Push-ups from a handstand.
Try doing consecutive muscle-ups.
Basic practice: pull-ups with a false grip.
Strengthen your triceps with straight dips.
I'll try to be conscious of the correct form and not overdo it, and do my best to avoid injury.
