I grew up on this album, live in Toronto, it dropped when I was 12, the whole thing is an anthem here. Being a kid who moved to the city when I was young it made me proud to be a Torontonian seeing the album cover and the multiple mentions of street names
U also gotta remember this album is after they basically tried to end him with the ghostwriting accusations the year prior, that's probably why he had that approach on some of the tracks.

There are some career highs on here and some tracks that have IYRTITL vibes (which is good), but there's just so many so-so spots on here and some stinkers. Yesss finally some more of the GOAT 🐐 Drizzy Drake! Although this is one of his worst albums I must admit :(. With that being said, there are a few gems and one that is an absolute classic on here titled “fire and desire” truly a masterpiece of a song. ❤
