To be honest im surprised there was only like one comment talking about it, but im certain you have heard about the reason why timestop seems longer than 5 seconds in the anime, whether it be from friends, your editor, or any other source. But also to clarify with anyone else who just doesnt get it, Dios time stop is indeed 5 seconds, but is a natural error that cannot be fixed in the anime since its an issue that always happens when something is being ported over from manga to a show. So it was the studios decision to include a majority of dialogue during the time stop scenes and have it be weirdly long but managing to maintain the key talking points of characters, or keep little to no dialogue during and have them be awkward short bursts of time stop, removing key dialogue
