idk about normal mode but in hard mode Kel has 26-28 speed and Lugh's cap is 25. He can't double Kel

Just drown lugh with angelic robes from chapter 16 secret shop so he can tank more I did this with lilina and she 2rounded monkey the secret shop is near where you recruit zeiss ( my lilina did have max magic and good luck )

Idk why people hate Sacae, I usually go that route and prefer it over Ilia's ballistae which are really annoying to your flyers who are using of course given the req's plus the terrain is terrible. Sacae route just let Sue and Shin with supports destroy everything
