This video was just awesome! I have been struggling for days with youtube videos, courses in Skillshare etc. It seemed that everywhere I would look would leave out some critical step such as how and where to upload my lead magnet. This video finally showed absolutely every little step so that I could watch a little bit, then do what you just did, then come back to the video, watch a little more, then do the next step and so on. I finally have my embedded form that can send out my lead magnet when people subscribe! Thank you so much!
this is great! However, mailchimp is setup a tad differently it seems from 2yrs ago; but I did figure it out!! your video is the best one I've found for this deep dive instruction!! thank you so much!!
Hey, your videos on lead magnet setup are really helpful. If you are into cold emailing though, Mystrika might just be your new best friend. I am talking skyrocketing sales and outbound lead generation.
Thank you! Definitely not, it really only supports one PDF for that audience. You may need some kind of 'subscribe to unlock content' to create something like that. There may be a plugin that does that but I don't know off the top of my head
You just solved my problem! I couldn't find a way to send a confirmation email with the link included without paying for my hobby singing blog. I am now sorted.
I love this but what I am trying to figure out is, will everyone who now signs up for your newsletter be getting that email? how do you segment a automated email to a specific embedded sign up form
I was able to figure it out thank you. With Mailchimp you can create a landing page and then be able to customize the fields. You can then Create tags so anyone to signs up through that landing page will then be tagged and then you can create an automation based on that tag.
You can setup a double opt in! Go to 'Forms' then under 'Settings' click 'Audience Name and Defaults' and you can turtn it on in there, and customize th emessage under form builder (Im pretty sure). In regard to the button, ifyou mean WordPress on the download page, i fyou click the botton and use the right panel block settings, there should be colour settings there. In Mailchimp, not as easy though, you would need to add CSS to the code I think, I cant see the option to change the color. You may be able to find a plugin that makes styling the form easier in WordPress (or whatever platofmr you use).
Thank you for the video. Very clear and easy. I only have the free plan. Is it possible to create more than one embedded sign up form? I would like to keep the embedded form to subscribe to my newsletter and create another one for the free download. Thanks for the help.
You can create more than one, I'd need to check, but you may be able to assign to different group and work it from there, but MailChimp have taken away some free features so I'm not entirely sure
Thank you. I will try to ask. If you do check, I would really appreciate it if you let me know. Love your videos. I am so tech disabled so they really help. xo @@WadeMcMaster

No problem mate! I'm glad i could be helpful :)
This is super helpful. Thank you so much!
But would you recommend this method if we have different pdf in every blogpost we have on the site? 🙏

Id have to check (Im not near my computer), but i beleive you can assign a group (even in a hidden field) to a form and do it that way.
So i think you can assign it in an embedded form, then add auto.atio s triggered by someone joining that group

Great video thank you! Two questions: 1. What about double opt-in? 2. Is it possible to customize the button (color, width, etc.)?

Thank you! Will do :)
Thanks!
Thank you mate! I very much appreciate the gesture of kindness too :)
How does this work if you require to be GDPR compliant?
Mailchimp.does offer a gdpr tickbox with their forms.
Great Video! Thank you.
