I was there 3 months ago. Really fun to see these sculptures but quite a drive if you're coming from Los Angeles. Make sure your car is in good condition (check oil, tires, coolant, etc) and put gas before going. Bring snacks, camera, and enjoy.
Cool Video! @4.24 you note the faces of the workers. I believe that the artist was showing the differences in appearance to show migrant workers from all parts of the world. The foreign born worker harvesting grapes with others, to make the wine of the wealthy man. The artist was truly an artist. He didn't just make something that looked good. His art made a statement while looking good. Yall take Care and be safe, John
Wake up to a new video from my one and only adventure crew..ALRIGHT!! Whats up guys? Hope you are being safe your way..Thanks for another fun outing ..
Awesome video, this area has been on my list to make a video of for a while as well. Also, I recommend visiting at night when there isn't a full moon, it is really fun to photograph the sculptures with the stars!
wow..thats amazing stuff. So much talent, passion and love in everyone of those. Art,be it drawing, painting, sculptures, photography or even coloring is so beautiful.I love it..AND i would LOVE to have those dinosaurs in my yard.
What a pleasure to watch your odiseys. Such a pleasant deparure from the crazyness of the world arround us. Whish you good luck and all the best...Thank you.
You guys need to adventure north. Like central Coast of California. But It is neat that you guys find so much of little southern California things I never knew about.
Those sculptures are fantastic! Well done Bethany and Drew! Perhaps you'll visit this location again and treat us to sculptures that didn't make it into this video.
Yet again a new favorite video of yours 😃 I've never heard of those statues, just amazing. Great video, but (*agh) it makes me wannna hit the road right now and get away from the craziness, Lol. Be safe!
Hi guys great vid as always. Yea those are awesome sculptures. My wife and I always stop by and see them when we go jeepin which is quite often as we only live 20 min away up the grade. 😋
I enjoy your videos very much. Thank you! BTW, you mentioned the Bottle Tree Ranch - can't wait 'til you visit that place! I know there are other BTR videos on YT, but I would like to see your video about that place with your unique style!
Wow, this is over the top amazing! I love this episode so much. There is no limit to what people can create. The shots of the artwork and area are outstanding, and the drone shot of the serpent stands out. It's huge! Beautiful job. Thanks, OO!!!!! :)
Awesome again guys! This was so interesting! Something very cool is I just started listening to a new favorite group called "The Kolars" and they have a video on RUclips for their song "One More Thrill" that they shot there! So fun to see an "on location site and the art itself! Excellent video again and it is good to see you again! Hope all is well and stay safe!
Nice to see someone make this comment. I find the sculptures interesting as a novelty, but it rubs me wrong to turn the Borrego valley into an amusement park. I am wondering who has authorized those? Are they on private land? I have spent a lot of time, a lot, in that valley and am not sure I need cartoon sculptures there. Now people are being distracting from the natural beauty. There is so much wildlife and so many plants, among other things, to be amazed by.
We'd love to venture out into other states, as soon as it is safe to do so. We have quite the bucket list and would love to chance to shoot videos around the country while keeping California the home base. Have a great week, friend!
*DUDE! What is up with you two? As elusive as the bigfoot!* Don't matter always SO happy to see you two! I remember some video where The Woo and you guys ran into each other. That's bad ass. Odd is an understatement for you two. You kick so much ass together! Still miss the Rambo knife! *MAD LOVE ALWAYS!*
Hello Odd Odys! I love your videos! I have traveled by car all over Mexico. Beautiful place but each time I come to the same conclusion that California is absolutely the best place to visit. Have you tried Manzanar and Alabama Hills? What about the Pumpkin Patch at Ocotillo Wells?
Thanks for that cool video! I want to go there! You guys have given me so many great ideas for road trips! Today we want to Lancaster and saw the poppies. We went off the beaten path and it was rad! How many hours from LA is this place?
When we went a few months ago, we left early in the morning on a weekend day and it took about 3 hours to get there. Hopefully you'll get a chance to see if for yourself soon. :)
An untrained uneducated artist? Whats next, peanut butter in my chocolate, someone putting the lime in the coconut? Remember those who can't do,teach..told that to some teachers, that place looks awesome..now are there lots of gas stations? My reliable gets 10 to a gallon, avg. You two are the two sides of Huell Howser and Thanks for the fix, passed cabin fever now bored & crazy(er),again Thank You Beth & Dude, gotcha Drew.
Wow. You guys should be paid on likes vs dislikes. Duly noted. Have you considered the Lancaster poppy fields? Or flower field in Carlsbad? Keep up the great content. I’m still subbed!
That was a fun discovery, and in the middle of nowhere. I feel like I want to get a tetanus shot after watching that, out of an abundance of caution! Ha! I can imagine all those figures coming to life in the wee hours of the night, doing what ever they do. And can you imagine, future civilizations finding this after we’re all gone thinking to themselves, what the what?! Thank you Bethany and Drew. That was a fun one.
If I throw my empty pop can out of my car window, its trash. If god did not put it there its trash. Why do people need to trash our deserts. Its not empty land, leave it alone.
Now people go there like it is some fun miniature golf amusement area. That valley is (was) so beautiful and now cluttered with metal animal crackers, and instead of appreciating the raw beauty and nature it is now (also) cluttered with cars and looky loos.
I suppose there is room for some of that art work, but I just hope they don't spread it around too much. The locals (some) probably like the influx of tourists to help the local restaurants etc. The rest of us will just have to go farther and farther to actually reach the desert, sans artifice. Jeez I loved my time there before this.

You guys find the neatest places. Love you two. Thank you for producing these videos. I absolutely love them.
Unlike many places you visit this seems to be gratifyingly free from graffiti and tagging. Makes a pleasant change.
Wake up to a new video from my one and only adventure crew..ALRIGHT!! Whats up guys? Hope you are being safe your way..Thanks for another fun outing ..
GM O.O. Enjoying Coffee & Video

What an amazing place. Great craftsmanship and the amount of time spent to create all of this is unbelievable. Thanks for the video, much appreciated.
I want to explore what’s in Bethany’s jeans🥖
Wonderful! I will definitely make it a point to See this next time I’m in the California desert.
What a pleasure to watch your odiseys. Such a pleasant deparure from the crazyness of the world arround us. Whish you good luck and all the best...Thank you.
So many genius artists!
Thank you guys for another wonderful and interesting adventure

I want to upload all over Bethany’s face.
Good one guys!
Thank you, Drew & Bethany, for another great video!! Keep up the great work.
This is awesome! I didn’t even know about this place.
Gila Bend Arizona Shell Truckstop has some Tyranosaurus like these
most excellent adventure.
Great location & episode. Stay safe and continue sharing your adventures - more important now we are in lockdown. Best wishes & thanks
Reminds me of the Enchanted Highway in North Dakota. Only those sculptures are spread out on one road over 32 miles and are much larger in size.
That sounds super interesting. We will definitely add that to the list for future episodes. Thanks for the suggestion!
Thanks for another great vid and adventure!
Thank you for watching!

Love how you guys interact on your opening. It’s really well done and I’m sure there’s a lot of rehearsals!!!
Nice !

Such a great episode! The sculptures are impressive. Thank you so much guys.
I just freak out with you guys walking around in the desert. I hope you carry a snake bit kit!!!!
The desert is not 'barren' wasteland. It's beautiful in its own special way. It doesn't need sculptures to make it special.
Nice to see someone make this comment. I find the sculptures interesting as a novelty, but it rubs me wrong to turn the Borrego valley into an amusement park. I am wondering who has authorized those? Hey guys my family and I love your video. We seen them all can wait for the next one
Our best wishes to you and your family! Thank you for watching and please stay tuned. :)
You guys need to check out Ricardo’s art gallery in Aguanga, he has some amazing sheet metal sculptures there.
Will you guys venture out of California? Northern Nevada is calling!. Virginia City.. lots of History.
We'd love to venture out into other states, as soon as it is safe to do so. We have quite the bucket list and would love to chance to shoot videos around the country while keeping California the home base. Have a great week, friend!
MINNESOTA!!!
Yes, I agree you would love Virginia City.
I can see these two having a blast at Virginia City.
Great video!!
Awesome video! I need to check this place out. I've actually never been to Anza Borrego so I will have to add this to my bucket list.
Great video, was happy to see the notification, but I hadn't had a chance to watch yet.

Your videos are awesome. Love watching them and wish I could subscribe more then once.
Thank you so much!
Yea whippersnappers really fits the in staller lmao
🤗
So these sculptures are just on the side of the road? Not a park no entrance just drive down the road and stop?
Very Nice but too bad you didn't get one of the artworks going down the OUE Skyslide 🙂
figures now theyre open...it was blocked off when i went a few weeks ago
Hi there! We filmed this episode earlier this year. Not sure the current status, but hopefully you'll get a chance to check it out soon. :)

Are there maps available?
That was a locust, and it's from a passage in the Bible, where "locusts like scorpions".
Can you come to Hawaii and do some oddities????
Yes, please!!!
Wow. You guys should be paid on likes vs dislikes. Duly noted.
Have you considered the Lancaster poppy fields? Or flower field in Carlsbad?
Keep up the great content. I’m still subbed!
I live in borrego springs
Not that I’m complaining. But this was uploaded at 1am
Well for me it was something like 10 am.
Lol. Y’all r all funny...
That was a fun discovery, and in the middle of nowhere. I feel like I want to get a tetanus shot after watching that, out of an abundance of caution! Ha!

Its "gah-yet-ah" cookie in spanish😁
You forgot the coolest part. The city, Borrego Springs is the ONLY dark sky community in California. Aka AMAZING STARGAZING.
Another well crafted video. But Drew,, could you please buy Bethany another t-shirt? The
“I love CA” shirt is getting monotonous.
I'm sure she can buy her own cloth.
artists don't need art school.
