Dayton PF Obi Toppin
Sophomore 6’9 220 lbs
Dayton PF Obi Toppin was not a highly recruited player out of high school, but he still managed to make a name for himself at a smaller school like Dayton. In a shortened season, Toppin was the most impressive player in college basketball & won the National Player of the Year Award. He was also a consensus All-American. His in-game between the legs dunk was arguably the best play of the season. He may not be the same kind of freakish athlete Zion Williamson was, but he’s still one of the most explosive players to come out of college in years. He’s a great dunker, who executes dunk contests dunk in-game, but is more than a dunker. He can shoot when his team needs him to & is an above average defender. He really reminds me of Amare Stoudemire. Obi Toppin should hear his name called early on Draft night.

A few months into his rookie season, Obi Toppin is gunna be 23 years old. Sadly in todays era he's too old of a rookie, especially when you consider that most NBA players his age are going into their 4th season and some are already stars and superstars.

Dayton PF Obi Toppin was the best overall player in college basketball last season. Toppin was the consensus National Player of the Year after being named the AP College Basketball Player of the Year, NABC Player of the Year & Naismith College Player of the Year. He was also awarded the Oscar Robertson Trophy, the John Wooden Award & Karl Malone Award. Toppin should hear his name called early on Draft night.

Finally the Knicks make a good move! He's huge! Probably the most NBA ready body in the entire draft. Very athletic, and crafty around the basket. Plays hard on both sides. He will be the best player of the draft and will compete with Lamelo for rookie of the year. Reminds me a lot of Amar'e Stoudemire.

@LeBronIsTheGOAT 423 They were the worst defensive team in HISTORY. Okoro can do both, he's younger, the best perimeter defender in the draft, and has more potential. Defense is our biggest weakness. Trade down, get more assets, and draft Okoro...or stay put and draft Deni if Bulls take Toppin.

Cedi doesn't play defense consistently and we've spoken about his potential for like 5 years now (playing in the NBA for 3).Windler most likely won't start. Rebounds well...scores well... could be a solid bench player. KPJ is the only one with legitimate potential, but recent events indicate that he might either be suspended or released.
