This video is a godsend for me. I've always wanted to return to DDO, but after a few years, a lot has changed, and I wasn't sure what to do with my second-life druid. Updated builds are hard to find, and respecs aren't easy to access without grinding. I hope you’ll post more videos covering your character's other lives.
The builds in the video are both Chaotic Neutral but you're right I shouldn't have even discussed Chaotic Good as a possibility since druid can't take it. I was more trying to get across the reasons for being Neutral as the second part of the alignment but yeah could have done that better since Druid can be Neutral Good or Chaotic Neutral but not Chaotic Good. I did overlook that, minor flub on my end.
I have just finished a few months as a Bear, it was quite similar except I took 18 Druid, 1 Fighter for Kensei and 1 Barbarian. 1 barbarian gave me access to +3 rage STR, +3 rage CON and +35% movement speed every time I raged. I think those are mucn more helpful than an imbue, especially since you really dont get any dice with that build and no light apell power... also, you said you had to use restore spell for fatigue... IDK why you said it because you have acess to Panacea and later to Heal (if you have at least 15 druid levels), and even out of Fury of the wild you get Unquenchable Rage which casts heal on you so that was completely covered...
There's lots of great splits for bear druid. That split 18d/1f/1b would be great. Barb has great synergy and I know it's really popular. Not saying that isn't really good it's just not what I went with. Just a couple things to clarify about my builds though - You do get some extra imbue die in the builds from harbinger of chaos feat, dreadnaught tier 2 and warpriest core 2. Also you don't just get the imbue toggle from DA levels, you also get a class based trance from Warpriest with those DA levels. Not to mention Silvaus and all the STR domain stuff from the iconic version. You're right it scales with 100% spell power but it's not too bad. I wore items like the epic and legendary versions of the shining helm of st. marcus which helped boost it. With 6 DA on the iconic version you also get all the other STR domain benefits and silvanus stuff. As for fatigue, you don't have panacea or heal on the iconic since it's only 12 druid. My main point in the video was just to clarify you need to use something to clear fatigue is all, on both builds, you don't get tireless rage or the shifter tier 3 to be immune to it. You need to use something like lesser resto prior to getting the primal scream heal. Plus, the primal scream heal has a 30 sec cooldown so often it's on cooldown when rage ends so you need another source to clear fatigue anyway. But yeah, for the free to play variant you're correct that you can also use Panacea and Heal to clear instead of lesser resto.

Glad you enjoyed it! Good luck! And yeah I am planning to post more build videos. Am working on another one right now.
11barb/8druid/1fvs is still my fav bear split ive been on it for years. falchion is the way to go for sure to
The druid class needs an alignment with neutral in it. Chaotic good is off the table.

100% was about to start playing DDO again, until I seen the rubberbanding around lol crazy lag
Primal avatar spells count as Druid spells for the Beast Awakened enhancement
Gotcha. Thanks. I assumed they probably did but never tested.

I agree with the benefits you get from /1 Barb. I personally like 18 Drd / 1 Barb / 1 FvS (or Clr) and just Haste Boost from Vistani

Is this viable in R10 quests?
As melee DPS yes definitely
