Yes magical power does increase your outgoing magical healing, however it's not as impactful as your making it out to be, and scaling magical healing is far more worth while. The calculation is (Base Heal + Physical/Magical Healing Add * Scaling) * (1 + Physical/Magic Power Bonus * Scaling) * (1 + Physical/Magical Healing Mod). In the case of druid you can ignore magical healing mod (things like vampirism or potion chugger). Because of the order of calculation, magical healing does way more. Even if you could get 100% magical power, dream fires burst healing looks like this (assuming you have 1 magical healing): (10 + (1 * 1.0)) * (1 + (1.0 * 1.0) is 22. That being said, most of druids spells have 0.5 scaling, not 1.0, so something like restore would look like: (30 + (1 * 0.5)) * (1 + (1.0 * 0.5) which is only 45.75. You could achieve the same result with 13 magical healing, and half the magical power: (30 + (13 * 0.5)) * (1 + (0.5 * 0.5) which totals 45.625. You could achieve the same result with 21 magical healing and half of that magical power: (30 + (21 * 0.5)) * (1 + (0.25 * 0.5) which totals 45.5625. You could go even further, halving the magical power again, with 26 magical healing: (30 + (26 * 0.5)) * (1 + (0.125 * 0.5) which totals 45.6875. Obviously most druids arn't scaling 26 magical healing, but that being said, if your goal is to heal and you have to pick between magical healing and magical power, always go for the healing. For druids, magical power is almost useless, because only dream fires damage scales with it.

I’ve been running a kit similar to this recently but I opt for less strength and more magic power, I normally run all the darkgrove stuff that gives strength and will, with as much MH and True Magic on jewelry and cape, obviously you heal for a shit ton but also dreamfire hurts REALLY bad
enemy summons like dont move, so if you have natures touch on someone you can cast dreamfire on the summon to heal people around you with natures touch applied. Moving enemies are harder to hit.
Honestly I have no idea unfortunately, All I know is that it does. And the fact that it does is enough for me 💀The wiki page for the game might have the exact math tho

I consider damage dealt as a form of healing, Dead enemies deal less damage to my allies
