Visited this property couple of months back. 1bhk priced at a whopping 80lacs. Built on top of a lake body, so property is pretty down in height. Panathur road is overcrowded and jam packed all the time and gets water clogged even on slightly rain. We straightaway rejected that property.

Also ek change in video is you have been mentioning 1500/sq ft and 2200/sqft instead of 15k/22K
