L&R vira-matic machine , how to service it .

This is just a quick video on how to serve it , and fix some commun problems with this type of machine , again I am not an engineer or a specialist , I just been around those machines my whole life so I can say a bit about it nothing technical but I truly believe it will help alot of people with similar machines ,

your cleaning machine is still out of sync a little bit. the basket motor should not spin yet untill it s fully seated on jars or drying chamber. the solution in the jar will be slinging as the basket motor is spinning prematurely as it touch down in the solution. u need to fudge the halfmoon disc with the arm a few more degress

From what he showed, if the small arm is pushing in the piston, then it is likely out or low on hydrolic fluid would be my guess
