I finally found it... I couldn't remember where this road is from 0:27 but I found it after watching this video.. On the way to the end of Astorga... It was my favorite peaceful loose walk... Thank you

So true, I had almost no rain at all in that year. But in 2014 I once broke a foot in a storm in the Pyrenees, had to return immediately and even get surgery:-/ Everything well again.
