@@unknownmr5718 I think it’s a place called fusion teas where I bought my kefir grains . You just put your grains in a glass container with the goat milk . Let it sit for 24 hours in a place that is heated to at least 70 degrees, no more then 85 . Toss that batch , strain and re do procedure. You should have good kefir by then . By 5 batches you willl have fantastic kefir, the grains grow too . You can give or sell . Grains last in freezer for 6 months . Kefir in fridge lasts 1 week to two weeks .
Enjoyed this interview. It was posted 4yrs ago, but i'm only just now seeing it. Fortunately, i've received similar information from other trusted sources. I'm wondering if there's some new information to add to it. And wouldn't it be nice i we all had better access to these kind of No Sugar and bio-compatible products. I'm in Florida in the US. I know, I know, find a local farmer ! ;-)
Glad it was helpful! I moved to California not long after filming this interview and haven’t been able to get goat’s kefir like the Chuckling Goat one.
Buckwheat is high in his calares and people with a poor gut ecosystem oxalates are absorbed sadly and cause a lot of damage . Millet is high on the glycemic index. Amarath is a seed, not a grain. Many people with gut issues cannot tolerate grains and seeds.
Can't do the kefir because of the high histamines, as with any fermented product. Been battling Lyme for 16 years and have overwhelming brain fog, adding histamines to my diet will make me worse. Sticking with just the milk.
My pharmacist advised me to take probiotics but yhe supplements didnt really help but then I discovered Kefir and Greek yogurt and it changed my life.
Great! I made my kefir at home for a long while. Yummy!
I make my own goat milk kefir and take ashwaganda as well . Very effective.
I moved to America and can’t get the Chuckling Goat brand of kefir anymore :(

Yes, it can! Our guts is our second brain.
Not exactly,we got 100 millón neurons in our gut and 100 billion in our brain but dont forget 78 percent of our inmune system is in our gut
Try black seed capsules with water and honey 🍯
Great Interview! Very helpful Thankyou. 💛💛💛
Thank you so much for watching and commenting!
I put frozen blueberries whole in my kefir to help feed the good bacteria and it mellows the taste. I leave them in while it’s in the fridge
Ooh yum!
Be careful blueberry is currently bred for higher sugar content. Think about switching to organic raspberry and organic blackberry.
@@kevinsnell1622 I used the wild organic frozen blueberries and just about every fruit is grown for sugar content these days.

Are any probiotics able to eat any bad bacteria, or are certain bad germs only able to be eaten by certain strains of probiotics?

If you soak and sprouts your grain it's not a problem
