People are making fun of 300 cc bikes.. and here i am wanting to buy a 125 hehe
50 cc xD xD xD
Asterix1907 got a 50cc, swapped it for a 125 and I think that it is better to start small and work yourself up to a bigger bike.
Lillhogge I dont think so i started with a 125 cc (Supermoto)
Well a 125 is still a kinda small bike, are you gonna get something bigger or stay with your bike?
Lillhogge Yes i buy in 3 or 4 years something bigger.
Maybe a R6 or a H2 but idk.
Yam is like the Scotty Kilmer of Motorcycles, hates anything that's not stock or a yamaha 600.
Munchie Moto or a more prized possession a triumph 675R
Allen Attoni this is bait right? Link please
Ninja Shounen he must be on crack. I’m pretty sure he’s the only one that thinks that.
Scotty Kilmer for RUclips Rewind 2020
Allen Attoni can you send me a link?
8. putting hentai all over their bike.
I'm gonna do just that
It’s a mistake to not do that
Avoided if you put in enough tentacles
Hentai counts as a hi-viz color scheme so it's a +1 for safety
@@DonTwanX
And another +1 for safety, because it's keep women, who are known bad drivers, out of your way
...then again, it will attract Asians

"Straight pipe that thing from the header and rev it at 3am" -that got me 🤣🤣
Dude I'm 6'5 280lbs......I took the mirrors off my bike because I couldn't see around my elbow
Same here 6'5 not as heavy though. Bar ends gave me much more visibility. I also am looking at getting a taller wind screen than stock. My ass get blasted with wind at full tuck
Relax bro. Not everyone is a 6’5 freak of nature.
@@Dub3God how the fuck does being tall make you a freak? you just sound like youre probably really short and jealous
Ziggy nah 5’10. Pretty average to be honest in America.
Drop/ tuck those elbows
New grips is actually a pretty good mod if you buy a new dirt bike
Harry _ hell yes, super useful mod to find what grip you like.
agreed
or when u have pretty big hands and you cramp on the freeway
True but not always
Or if you're a 3 season rider. Heated grips are amazing to have in the winter months. Those don't come stock on a lot of bikes.

Dolphins are my best friends
There is a brazilian legend that says basically that. A pink dolphin that rapes a girl and goes back to the sea. Great huh
They also like to get high...
Getting trolled and making money off it... genius.
the dislike ratios on his videos always give me a good laugh
I got a double bubble windscreen to redirect air on the highway from straight to my chest to closer to over my head. It makes highway riding comfortable.. It works.
same they have a purpose this bloke on the vid has no idea.....also if u look at bikes that race in the isle of man u will see a lot of high windscreens....and he said some shit about look at moto gp bikes and same as moto gp??? anyways who gives a fuck what the moto gp riders do there track pussies
See I'm lucky as I'm too fucking short the wind goes over my head anyway 😂 but yes new riders tend to go for cosmetic "look" visor's rather than ones that are practical and redirect wind.
Really nigga, don't be saying that dumb shit until you get a bike. And when you do you are basically a noob cause you just started.
yes, you're right. I have a windscreen on my Naked Yamaha FZ 16 and it works like a charm! do have a look at my bike on my channel.

What about a tank or train they only use rims and tracks
Tyres equal 50% of your performance, suspension 25% and the other 25 is everything else.
Never heard a single person say they were getting windscreens for "high speed runs". Its usually guys who want to keep the wind off them for longer touring rides but still run their sport bike.
Yup
I think I’m a bit late for the GoPro
Late or not
Depended on if the sales got to a hundred

I think the biggest mistake made is modding the bike too quickly. Ride it stock for a while which will help you decide which mods you actually need/want maybe you won't even like the bike that much and when you decide to sell for something else you'll wish you didn't waste all that money on unessacary parts. As far as individual mods being a mistake it really depends on the bike you're modding. For example mirrors, all three of my bikes are done differently. My R3 they are deleted (track), my Grom has bar ends which are actually more functional than the stock ones and my crf still has the factory mirrors because they work very well. I am aware you are in the business of getting views which list videos combined with a clickbait thumbnail and "controversial" opinions yield many views from what seem like little effort. #commentsectionnovel
This is very important. I just traded my tricked out supermoto for a practically new FZ-07. I work at a dealership so I've been looking at all the new parts we got in and what I can do to the bike. Other than a few mods like LED turn signals and a fender eliminator, I'm holding back.
why not just buy a used bike with alot of mods tho
Rexczi Cex words of wisdom 😂 😂😂😂
you have 3 bikes? u cant pay that in germany 😂😂😂 taxes everywhere and u need that dave shit if u have an accidente u know.. if u damage someone..
Johannes dat Blue The bikes I have are relatively cheap on insurance and one of them I won't be insuring anymore because it's a track bike now. If I had three supersport bikes I'd be bankrupt lol
The trouble every rider has been through is questioning whether to blind during the day and being able to see at night or being able to see during the day but being blind at night
I just started learning to ride and I’m glad I found your channel👍🏼
Love the videos and I am a relatively new rider (Into my third year) and I have to say for those of us in the UK who generally start out on a 125cc the aftermarket Exhaust is a fantastic choice of modification, not for the power (Because lets be real, on a 125cc you're not even going to get 1hp more because of it) but because on a bike thats usually very quiet people just do not hear you coming, throw a Black Widow onto your CBR125R and you're 5x as loud, people hear you coming and you get pulled out on less.
how does he still have 160k subscribers?
I personally disagree with the grips. I'm not a professional however I do notice a big difference in the feel of grips and are normally the first thing I do when I get a new bike just for my own comfort.
Grips and pegs are subjective. If the stock ones really bug you, then changing them out might not be a bad idea. Also, if first bike is someone else's thrashed up ride, you might need to.
That said... mmm, Kuryakyn ISO grips....
I was use harris handgrip like Gel carbon grip. use until yellowish color. and when is rainy. well death is closer than you think
@Luis Alberto Pinto Sanchez buy them from a quality manufacturer, like ProGrip, and they'll last for quite some time
Dolphins are rapists lol
I've been watching you since you started your channel and I just picked up my first motorcycle today. Never been happier
I have a real bike. It's a 2018 Honda Grom😂 Put a full system on it too😂😂😂
o had to pause and make a comment about what ypu say about windscreens... what taller windscreens do is push the air higher over the riders helmet to minimize head buffle or head shake. Just saying and it does work.
MM84 Patriot come on don't call out yammie he knows all about bikes and gear.
completely agree MM84Patriot, i have a 05 R1 the stock wind screen while nice, i like the looks of a darker shield, i also have larger shoulders and a bit taller then most average riders, while the OEM is fine once i found a touring style it really cut down on the helmet wind, yes while the MOTOGP style is pretty much stock hight yamnmie, most of the gp riders are five foot nothing 100 and nothing, find a motogp rider on the circit thats a TALLER rider and i bet hes got a taller screen just a thought
He obviously hasn't ridden a litre bike... without a windscreen.
The reasons theres different height screens is cos you can keep changing the height till bugs actually fly over your head......and not straight into your eyeline. :)
MM84 Patriot . I bought a bubble screen for my Suzuki and the only time it was useful was in a racing tuck position on the highway. The rest of time it just threw the air up and annoyingly across my helmet in normal riding street conditions. Definitely a crappy mod for road riders
Wait, so you need to sell 100 shirts before you will give away a GoPro? So the people who buy a shirt with the hope of winning a GoPro are shit out of luck if you don't sell 100? Doesn't that seem like bullshit?
Well no one is entitle to win anything...
He knows he won't sell 100 shirts, so he won't have to give away a GoPro. He's just trying to push sales.
This is how business works, and that is how it's taught. Don't complain next time you buy 10 extra Mountain Dews and bags of Dorito's every week for three months just for points, only to end up not getting enough for your prize.
probably fulfilled through Amazon's service.....so the gopro should already be paid for.
1. windscreen -- I've done an aftermarket windscreen on a ZZR600, a Ninja 250, an FZ6R, and an SV650S. I've liked all of them. They a) reposition the flow of air -- that might be higher or lower or whatever; b) if smoked or dark can make the instrument panel easier to read in certain lighting conditions; c) change the look / shape of the bike
2. tires -- yup
3. tank grips -- yup, I first added them to my ZZR600 back in 2006, and my FZ6R and SV650S got them as well
4. bar grips -- meh, I did this on my ZZR600 and it was marginally nicer
5. mirrors -- yah I wouldn't remove my mirrors but I might try different types; on my SV650S I added mirror extenders
6. tinted visor -- this is why I *always* have two visors with me, the one on the helmet and the other in my tankbag (Joe Rocket Manta XL)
7. exhaust -- on a beginner bike -- yah, I agree; but just adding an FMF slip-on to my ZZR600 gave it a bit more immediate throttle response and helped me hear the engine above the sound of the wind and through my earplugs (no jet kit was needed); my SV650S had a full race system and was jetted (it was the carbed model); I can see the benefit of a stock bike -- stealth and more neighborliness; but I also see benefits to a louder exhaust including cluing car drivers in to your presence
For the visor, I'd recommend a transition. I love mine. I can ride from light to dark without having to change it out. Not an issue if you have one with an integrated visor, but my helmet lacks that feature
It's funny because you yourself are still a new rider skill wise.
Well if I have bar-end mirrors I'm gonna spend more time looking in front of me making sure I don't hit yellow Porsches since I can't see behind me anyway
This video was hilarious. Had me laughing the whole time. Well put and i agree with you on each step. Keep up the good work bro.
yuyu yamm. just started watching ur vids and ive liked all of them. kudoz man keep it up
You put bar end mirrors on because most stock mirrors are very difficult to see anything out of, bar end mirrors allow you to get a picture of whats going on behind you without you in the picture. Bar end mirrors also don't vibrate like the stock mirrors do. A lot of stock mirrors vibrate creating a blurry image at specific RPM's. Bar end mirrors solve that problem. You prove again you don't know what your talking about.
whats up with the mirror part? I replaced my stock ninja 250 mirrors with bar end mirrors because the stock mirrors only showed my shoulders which is useless. And this is a common problem with many bikes.
Yea this dude doesnt know what hes talking about
Straight pipe that thing down to the header and rev it at 3am 😂 I love it.
LOL bro u sound just like the dude from Scary Movie that you showed at 2:19 😂😂😂😂😂 i was wondering who u talked like and sure enough he popped up hahahah. Is that you fr?
"SCAMMY PUBES" 😂 😂 😂 😂 I laughed wayyyy to hard
I think the first mistake would be being like yammi noob.
The humor in this is toooooo goood. New favorite channel. Just because he is funny. I dont even own or ride a motorcycle.
Yammie Noob, I am an old veteran and I agree with all but 2 things. 1- Condoms, as women age you want a thinner condom. 2 - Exhausts along with a re-flash is mandatory to upgrade. The EPA has the fuel injectors mandated to shut off when the throttles close. This causes jerks in transient power & can severely hamper cornering when power is reapplied. All bikes are easier to ride once re-flashed to get the EPA out of the ECU. Re-flashes should be done with an exhaust to get your best performance out of your ride. Seriously, try banging 50 year old women and you will want the thinnest condom that you can find.
Entity Keeper wtf....
I should find a woman first..
Fucking legendary
Rather fuck two 25 year olds than one 50 year old... just say’n...
Haha 😂
I am 1.91 m tall and on my CBR600's I had the "double bubble" windscreen to eliminate some turbulence which, at a 120/130km/h was quite noticeable and annoying. So, while I agree with you (they can look a bit weird sometimes), they can be functional too.
A good pair of tires helps you lean across a double yellow right into the front end of a porsche.
Bar end mirrors have actually improved my vision on my bandits, all I saw with the standard ones was my shoulders
“Daddy Yam Yam”. I about spit out my monster, coke endured energy drink
First mod should always be safety course and getting skills. 99.9 percent of street riders can never get near the limits of modern sport bikes. Think you are the exception, go run a lap at a track, then let a pro do it, you will be shocked at how good the top 1 percent are. More power is last thing newbies need, when you actually get to bike limits then add the mods, for the most part they are a waste of money for most riders. Not that anyone will admit it, other than good top line tires and brakes and steering damper, most mods are for power and not needed.
Most mods are for power... Except maybe handlebar risers, adjustable levers to stop clutch hand cramp, battery chargers, phone mounts, end cans to increase likelihood of being heard by other motorists, headlight kits to see further, better quality seat, ECU restriction kit, gear indicators, heated grips, braided brake lines. Thousands of ways to modify your motorbike without having power in mind.
@JSENNER83 i bought my first bike at 19 which was an 04 gsxr-1000. Not all kids are retarded. I knew what I was getting into when I got the bike. I'm proud to say I haven't laid down any of my bikes to date.
Common sense and logic aren't age specific virtues.
I could not agree more.
According to my calculations it would be "top 0.01 percent"
11 horsepower bro!
still the lists. and still alive? amazing.
Brilliant - a must watch thank you!
1000 suns, ha ha ha! Subbed! I was just thinking about getting cooler mirrors & a decent "tidy tail" or something to put the license plate. Any tips? I want a Monster 797+.
What if you start of a FZ-07 and want to keep it forever. Yoshi sounds blissful on that bike.
I have had multiple bikes and now ride an FZ-07 that I think is much better than the ones I've owned. (97 cbr F3, 2002 cbr f4i, 2006 zx636, 2002 shadow 750)

Had the most fun of my biking years on 50's and 125's
Great video dude. Hilarious breaks with a whole lotta knowledge. You earned a sub bud.
I can understand the exhaust kit but sometimes its needed, my dad has a cbr600rr and it had stock exhaust, we cpuldnt hear him drive next to us on the highway very well, he got a new exhaust and we could hear him 3 cars down, much safer.
Yap, this is why i need some sound to warn people
Loud pipes DO save lives as much as idiot will laugh but I'm not the one that's going to be dead because a car didn't see or hear me. Again. Better things to bitch about
If you really think you have a loud exhaust for safety, you are lying to yourself.
It makes no diffrence, unless everyone else drives slow (less wind noise) or you are already in front of everyone else.
It sounds better and saves weight, thats the only reason.
@@timojohn9773 adds power too if it's a properly designed exhaust. Fact.
@@timojohn9773 very few cars suffer from wind noise issues due to these things called windows. You can definitely hear a medium volume bike thats accelerating towards you and if you can't you need to get your hearing checked
1. Some grips actually do feel better than stock ones especially in the rain
2. Bar end mirrors looks cleaner and are generally favorable on older style bikes
3. Some stock bike exhausts actually decrease power and torque to match with regulations and changing them does help.

Well he did say to not change the exhaust if you don’t plan to keep the bike.
A louder exhaust mod is actually not a bad idea for beginners if it makes them heard and noticed by nearby drivers esp when in their blind spots.
@@centripetal25 that's a good point. Probably don't shell out a lot of cash if you don't intend to keep the bike but make sure its loud enough to be noticed?
You had me at, "Straight pipe that thing down from the header & rev it at 3 AM."
The main reason i bought an after market exhaust is because my old exhaust system was rusted as it was a second hand bike and i needed a new one. And because i am going to be using this bike for the next few year i thought id put an exhaust on that i really liked. i do not regret my decision at all haha. Repsol Honda CBR RS 125cc
"A turboqueer 300" that was good xD

Quick tip: don’t ride in blind spots lol people in blind spots on h2s can still die
@@thesaltypanda1160 nice quick tip there. but explain to me how you can stay out of blind spots 100% of the time when in traffic
Wow really loved this video makes a ton of sense tbh
"straight pipe that thing from the header and rev it at 3am" lol I'm dead
sometimes you gotta take the mirrors off if they're just that ugly, like the Honda Grom for example. Gotta take the mirrors off, and the little hadlebar mount ones actually work better than the stock ones fyi.
Jared Shelton ikr, same with my 50cc derbi :DD
If you have 2 stroke the aftermarket exhausts make more power than stock
I'm watching the video not to learn anything but to have a a laugh😂. I like him, he pretty funny
Love your vidz popa yam
Outstanding performance with some great ideas. Although, if you are looking for sponsors, you may have screwed the whole, sales in aftermarket parts, AND the pooch. Keep up the critical thinking. I liked the choices too. Spot on brother, my brother of my subscription and thumbs up dude.
I agree with most of this list. I would disagree about the grips. On my first bike it was just a cosmetic change to add a little accent. I put heated grips on my current bike since I commute to work year around here in Norther VA. Makes a big difference in cold weather.
D3V1LD0G I changed my grips to a wider more firm grip which feels better in my hands and adds to the cosmetics... now if your putting dirt bike grips on a street bike your nuts. i have heard of the glue getting loose and grip coming off.. like the one the guy installed on the harley in video. use the proper grips for the proper bike... True story i was riding my CBR F4 and my left gip almost came off... I noticed somthing didnt feel right after a turn and that was the stock grip which is glued. i shit my pants.. also due to the bar end feel off..
I agree with your tire comment . I changed both of my tires for Michelin Pilot Road 3 and they are awesome.
Getting my first bike next friday. Thought I would hit up RUclips to find some tips, found my new favorite idol instead. Thanks man 😂

Love the waltz of flowers in the background. big fan. Thanks, Yammie Noob!
My friend has a Kawasaki Ninja that he bought a few years back and it had some aftermarket grips on it that were super smooth, at first he was like ok this might work. He later got some stock grips off eBay for like $20 and he said it was way better.
Like the vid. Still getting rid of my mirrors and getting a new exhaust 😂
Death Grips in the grips section? Nice.
I never leave comments but I had to say I laughed my arse off with your image choice at 3:36! XD
Love theese lists! 😄
My goodness I can't believe the amount of time all these people who hate yammie are wasting. For whatever reason they are still watching his videos and trolling about his crashes. He was definitely at fault, but man can you guys move on to other channels if you don't enjoy this one? Is there really nothing productive you can do with your day, maybe you can pick up a book. His videos are smartly done, funny, tons of sarcasm while still managing to be informative. I still enjoy them even though I am a perfect rider, have never made mistakes and would never pass anyone in a curb over a double yellow line (that last one is actually true). Thank goodness he was lucky and nobody got seriously hurt, time to move on.
sergione their tiny cock syndrome won’t let them. They have such sad miserable lives that they have to follow and insult someone who was in an accident to feel like tough guys. All because they take something he says personally, Feckless cunts and keyboard warriors is all they are.
I think it's when people pretend to be like Rossi they end up hitting a Porsche 911
Bro just thinking about stripping the exhaust to the header and reving it at 3 a. M. Has me dying idk why 😂😂
Always entertaining!
Will frame sliders protect my bike in a head on collision? Asking for a friend.
Im 14 but can only get an ebike that goes 28mph
Mod that bike, bigger batteries and bigger motor, you'll be doing 60 mph easy
Been too long since I caught a good Yammie Video!!! XOXO
Looking for advice I’ve been riding cruisers for years but I’m wanting to get into sport bikes should I go all out or start small?
That is true new riders should not over do on there bike or new starter bike because your just getting started and you most likely won't have forever
He just needs to work out how to say all that without sounding like a misogynist dinosaur.
a "starter" bike is a bad idea in general. The idea of throwing money on a bike just to get used to riding, then selling for a loss, is crazy to me. i bought the bike i wanted right after i got my M1 permit (2006 r6). i rode it carefully until i was comfortable and ended up loving it and riding it like a champ. i admittedly dropped it 1 time in the first couple weeks (luckily had sliders installed) because i hit the front brakes way too hard and ended up with only the front tire on the ground and wasnt able to maintain control as i landed. that was my only drop in 8 years of riding that bike. If you have a good head on your shoulders and are somewhat athletic and coordinated, just buy what you want and be cautious. my motivation to drive cautiously was the fact i spent 10k on this motorcycle and dont want to damage it. if you get a well used bike youre more likely to abuse or race it and get yourself into trouble.
Some countries don't allow you to "buy the bike you want" straight off.
Sarah King right, well i am American, as is the video publisher, and the term "starter bike" is not exclusive to countries with new rider restrictions. Many people push new riders to buy a toy first bike regardless of the laws.
this! Also, if you DO mod the bike, keep the parts! That way the next owner can put it back to stock if they prefer.
Crashing into a a rock then a car huh
how long do I have to wait before I can do all that cool stuff?
Rev it at 3am!! Haha that was golden. The first night I owned my cbr600rr, I had it in my living room, came home from the bar at 3 am, opened all the windows and revved the shit out it. I was just too excited to own this bike.
This. This is the good ol yammie noob I missed. The immortal god who can never be taken down - [insert crash jokes here]. Haven't seen a video from you in a while and I started going crazy. It's good to have a glimpse of the good ol shlammy boob i subscribed to a long time ago.

A full exhaust system shaves kilos of the weight of the bike, which in turn improves acceleration, cornering, handling and deceleration. The difference won’t be huge, though. They also sound and look better!
