Incredible - watching your videos has inspired me to get properly into fishing again. My Grandad always took me as a kid but once I grew up I never got the opportunity to fish for carp with him. Watching your videos has made me buy my first proper carp set up & my journey has begun.

It's true that mistakes happen, but this was exceptional, and it's about how a company rectify an issue that makes all the difference. And unfortunately they were reluctant to admit their faults, and when they tried to fix things, they failed to, so I lost faith. I found other tradesmen to get the leaks and fibreglass fixed, and also had the coping and mitring re-done as this was poorly done and finished. Some companies do not admit they could do better, which is very awkward as it mean they are not willing to improve. We're all learning and it's ok to make mistakes, but it's best to aim to learn from them rather than pretend the job was a good one, and remain in denial as they have done. It's right to out poor tradesmen as consumers deserve a good job.

Congratulations, Carl, I hope you enjoy what looks to be a successful project.
In the world of construction, my mentor taught me "It's not a problem until you can't fix it." Every project is going to have hiccups, but it looks like you hired capable craftsman to rectify the issues.
This was a great video series. As always, excellent production quality. Would be cool if you did other projects in the same vein. Keep up the great work.
    Cheers!
