    Busted with the lilacs in the mouth, too funny. I’m lucky, neither one of my LSGD have damaged fresh plantings.

      He is such a curious puppy. I love the puppy stage but for the lilac's sake it's good that stage doesn't last forever. lol.

    Does it cut straight without using a guide for the first cut

      If the log is straight, I don't use a guide. But if it has a curve or bumps, you may want to cut those off first, or use a ladder or rails for a guide. And a level. I've done that but for a rough fence, I enjoyed just cutting the first cut (slab) off without a guide.

      The fence has held up perfectly so far. No issues.
