Your goggle straps should always be under the swim cap during a triathlon so they don't fall off when the swimmer ahead of you inadvertently kicks you in the head.
Great video, but you guys forgot the one I was looking for the most. The running start dive. I'm going to a race on December in which we’ll start on a pier and jump from it.
I’m 45 and never learned how to dive. Thanks for the great vid guys. Gotta love GTN!
Looks so easy until you are there 😜
Tks for the video

Great demo!
Finally, someone talks about what to do after you enter the water 😢.
Any tip for a beginner swimmer on diving effectively as I am not yet comfortable with the deep end, which I am striving to achieve
😂 I always dive into the pool but there's a huge splash and I smack my thighs against the water😂
Hopefully I'll do better now!
wow nice
How to avoid diving too deep? Always end up diving too deep very close to the bottom of the pool
You need to focus more on hands because it’s the most important thing
So if my goggles slip it’s a matter of tightness, not my head or arm placement?
When I do this, I do have muscle pull round my legs what may have caused it ?
How beautiful are this 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I hope this helps.
I could swim 25meters
💪
