The dualsense haptic feedback in the PS5 version is awesome but I'd also like to try playing with keyboard/mouse and add mods after finishing the story so I think I'll give the old 3080 something to do this time.
exactly the same. I am still deciding and I am getting everything for ps5 this gen since I love physical games and it all just works unlike pc. But yeah... gotta feed the old 3080 something lol

I’ve been playing the game on ps5 and it looks very good. It feels smooth most of the time. But I gave the demo a try on my 3080ti with an ultrawide monitor and it looks fantastic super smooth with more details. Ps5 I also notice there is some film grain but maybe is because I’m playing on a 83” 4K oled
PC just looks so fucking clean. That is how I wanted to play my games when I bought my ps5 but instead we still get the same blurry graphics we've been getting with consoles.
People are watching this on their tiny sub 4k phone screen and expect to see drastic differences between the two. Blow it up onto a large screen and you’ll see your differences.

As youtube makes the image of the videos posted a little worse, believe me, it is a little prettier on the ps5 when it is being viewed natively from the console. Now, if you have a 4k TV, then it looks really nice. Who thinks it's horrible on the ps5 because of these comparisons, then go play on your latest generation pc and be happy, and I'll be very happy with my ps5

3:45 PS5 draw distance is worse. You don't have to look for anything, look at the textures it will become clear that the PlayStation is far from the PC. And if games were made specifically for the PC, then in general the consoles would be smoked aside. PS5 is essentially a small, weak but well-optimized computer for games.
Idk about this I’d say I’ve got a pretty powerful PC but some games I just buy on a PlayStation because I personally find it more convenient and I like playing on a big screen TV and I like the controller
I feel like a difference of resolution and texture quality . In PC it seems like more detail grain quality in all aspects. For me its more unreal thay type of look on PC. Yes is more detailed and resoluted. But in PS5 its fells like more cinematograpy way. The way that detail is lost and the grain form. Obviusly PC will be the more fidelity look because its the source of the making of the game.

Same boat. I played the beta. I have the DEMO maxed out (including raytracing) and stays above 60 fps for FSR 2.0 enabled. Native 4K it ranges between 40-60 fps but with VRR, it's not too bad. My CPU is a 9700k overclocked to 5.1 on all cores. I haven't tried to adjust the settings or anything because I was honestly leaning towards the PS5 version. I'm trying to decide now though and it's tough. I'm sure we could get 4K Native 60 FPS with ray tracing turned off. Depending on how much better it is, I might come back and edit reply again. For now the question is, better visuals or better controller?
My boy... I have terrible news... lol I'm only getting 40-60 fps native 4k with no ray tracing enabled. Yeah I guess it's the PS5 version until I get a new GPU for my PC. Probably will wait until the 5000 series to be honest. Guess I had those initial numbers mixed up, sorry about that.

I also have all 4K 120-144 capable displays, so at the end of the day I could indeed play at a lower resolution with higher frame rate, but I don’t actually require it for this game. It’s not competitive in any sense, nor do I gain any advantage from having a faster response time. With this explanation, it should make sense as to what “tf do I need 4K for”. I basically wanted the highest resolution for my displays.
I think it’s the chromatic aberration because I played the demo on pc and was super disappointed when I saw this, but then I turned off chromatic aberration and it looked much better. I have a feeling like there is something off so I can’t wait to see DF video on this game

@@Mentis-de No, it's definitely a lower resolution. Anisotropic filtering only affects textures seen at extreme angles. Even x16 doesn't use much resources so it wouldn't make sense to set it any lower.
@@2BuckGeo Just because it's outputting in 4K doesn't mean it's rendering in 4K. Most games on the PS4 were rendered in 900p or less because the hardware was too weak for 1080p. It's the same story with the PS5, it can't do native 4K 60 FPS in most, if any games no matter what Sony or anyone else tells you. That's why the PS5 version looks slightly blurry, the internal rendering resolution is probably 1440p or less.
@@2BuckGeo They've been saying "4K" since the PS4 Pro and yet that's the same console that gets 18 FPS average in GTA 5 while sounding like a plane at cruising altitude. True native 4K 60FPS rendering takes a lot of power and the PS5 just can't do it in any modern games, it can however easily do 1440p which is a much lighter load and still looks pretty good. It's just not the same as real 4K and it's very noticeable on a large screen, like a 4K TV or large monitor.

As a PC guy, just get it on your console if you can, it looks just as good on my PC as well, the only difference is probably the texture quality on my PC, but then there's better lightning on consoles in comparison to my PC, lol. Either way, you're not missing out if you get it on console or not, they all look amazing on each platform, even on last gen

After playing through both PC and PS5 Demo versions, safe to say this is yet another Resident Evil title I'll be adding to my steam library...
PC just looks so fucking clean. That is how I wanted to play my games when I bought my ps5 but instead we still get the same blurry graphics we've been getting with consoles.

you can change that using the resolution mode and adding ray tracing, you will get around 46 fps tho instead of 60 fps the whole time
@@dimared8844 its because the ps5 cannot get a sharp image like the PC. It uses interlaced rendering which makes it look like that, to achieve 60 fps.
You can downgrade graphic resolution on Pc and get the same cinematic🤪
PC version is much better : ultra texture + shadow and better ray tracing , true 2k / 4k resolution and 120 fps or more...

I'm seeing better detail, color, shadow and brightness on the PC here, but I'm still having a blast on the PS5.
Believe me ps5 is better ...... it is true pc is better graphings but ps 5 is more easier to start it .. and no fan sound .

I decided to buy this on PS5 instead of my PC with an RTX 3080 just because I prefer playing on my TV also the PS5 controller is really good
You can connect a ps5 controller on a pc and it will work like on a ps5 would do

Aucune différence visuel c'est impossible ceci dit ce moteur r e engine tourne sans problème sur toutes les plate-formes et au fait les joueurs xbox aimeraient des test également ps5 ps5 toujours et encore un peu ras le bol tous les testeurs c'est ps5 je jense par exemple à chieze et quantaine carole

There's no comparison to pc with graphic mod. Bye bye ps5 console, you don't stand a chance with all the modifications that you can do on a pc.

What is worth more, playing it with PC graphics or the haptic vibration of Ps5?
As a PC guy, just get it on your console if you can, it looks just as good on my PC as well, the only difference is probably the texture quality on my PC, but then there's better lightning on consoles in comparison to my PC, lol. Either way, you're not missing out if you get it on console or not, they all look amazing on each platform, even on last gen
@@JoshuaFreakyVenomFan Jup its true. Got a 4070 and a ps5. It doesnt really matter on which platform you‘ll play it. Its AWESOME. If you have a 4k TV dont miss the opportunity to play it on console. Its really good.
