Another great video Brent. I'm clicking your new videos faster than it takes those Triples to inhale the shrimp. I haven't caught one yet but my fishing buddy has caught three right off the beach.
Hi Brent. I'm a new subscriber and sure love your videos and the professional style in which you produce them. Also really appreciate your good example in the respectful way you handle your fish
Got a love the Triple Tail grilling on top of a Caesar salad. Any time Triple Tail, Pan seared best eating fish, to be had. Looks great, just doesn't get any better than that.
Tarpon Lodge down on Pineland, has a Triple Tail on a Caesar Salad. For a Restaurant, try it if you get down that way. Check out the Snook, that's hanging over the bar. Thanks for the great fishing videos, just doesn't get any better than that. Good fishing, stay safe out there Captain.
Nice job on the catch, and the cook. Some friendly tips for you. For searing fish, get a cast iron fry pan. Best investment in cooking equipment you can make. Non stick pans are not made for high heat. Also Extra virgin olive oil can help speed demise of said non stick pans, IF used for searing. Try any hi flash point oil, like flax seed, peanut, or even good old vegetable oil. Save the EVOO for the salad. It is ok for cooking below medium though. Again, great video and nice job!!
Man I stayed the TT's in Apalachicola this summer. Biggest one was 31"" and a beast! Caught prob 20 in the 20-28" range and saw one caught that was 36". They are so fun to sight cast to with shrimp and the ones I was catching would even eat dead ones too. Most def one of my favorite to eat also. A little lemon and Everglades seasoning is all u need. Cool vid man and awesome fish👍👍😎
Nice job. I was out Thanksgiving week and saw some big ones. All I had were small pins for bait and they wanted nothing to do with them. Shrimp next time for sure
another superb video and plz tell me why they are attracted to crab pots? Or is it the buoy marker? Only thing I can come up with is sucking down the bait used in the crab pot. I am new to Tampa Bay area. Just moved from Cape Hatteras & the OBX living the coastal local lifestyle past 7 years. Tight Lines
Nice fish. That Everglades seasoning is the best thing ever. I use it in every dish since I tried it. I saw Robert from Deermeatfordinner using it and i found it in Alabama.
love watching your videos. I really like the Catch and Cook ones. Did you really go to UCONN? I am from CT, the fishing here sucks!!! Especially now, the fish are in LaLa Land. Keep em coming!!!
My favorite fish to catch and eat!
Totally agree with you Shawna!!!!!
By far the best triple tail catch and cook I've seen
Wade Nordby Jr ouch
Dude, I thoroughly enjoyed that video. That got me pumped up.
Everglades seasoning is great on everything! Nice job there, looking forward to seeing more of your videos 👍🏼
You actually did a great job cooking that fish. It looks like it was just cooked perfect
Another great video Brent. You always find the fish.
Really digg the uniqueness of the video! Perfect weather, perfect water conditions. Keep up the great work brother!
That one TT had other plans than being in the cooler. Great video Brent!

Top notch video, as always.
I'll be trying this technique soon.

Add some lemon after cooking and a side of tarter sauce with steamed broccoli mmm good.
I caught my first tripletail today out of Ponce Inlet soley thanks to you! 20incher
That looked really good on the plate. Great job locating those keepers.
never ate triple tail but heard they are great!
Your amazing keep up the good work
Top eating fish, tripletail!
That looks really good now 8m hungry lol. Keep the videos comin 👍 ✌
Awesome day dude!
Wow I guess since they're used to the crab boats pulling up the motor doesn't spook them. No structure to worry about either. Sweet!

I Love to go fishing now
If you dont shake your head and point your fork at what you just made, it isn't good! Great vid man. Love your content

Sea harvest in new smyna beach ran out of grouper so i tried trip . Life changing day , i can never pass on trip after that.
Service that reel chief lol.

Hilarious I am working on editing a TT video today too. It was a great last few days to catch some TT
Nice fish. That Everglades seasoning is the best thing ever. I use it in every dish since I tried it. I saw Robert from Deermeatfordinner using it and i found it in Alabama.
The cooler temperature of the water makes them lathergic. They don’t want to move to much.

I did go to UConn, graduated in '18
@@SeeYaDude nice!!
Where do you mean offshore of Tampa like in the gulf past skyway or Clearwater? Thanks!
More Clearwater, but you can find them up and down the whole coast right now
Wish we had those around me (Hernando)
Are there specific conditions that you will or will not fish that technique?
Again great job with the video!!
It's definitely easier to fish the traps on calm sunny days so you can easily see the fish when you pass by
What landing net is that? Looking for something that folds up.
It's a Frabill Power Stow Net, here's a link to it: amzn.to/2Ee2NAj
We need smellavision. Lol looks good.
Love to cooking fish Golden brown
What kind of gear are you using?
Awesome video.. what boat is that?
2019 Sea Hunt BX 22 BR
Do you think it’s possible to find TT via gheenoe? I have the lesser expensive model so it has to be glassy like it is in the video
I’m in the St Pete area is why I’m asking. you would have an idea of how far out they are from shore
What part of Florida do you live/fish
Take me with you lmao
Should keep them in the live well. Throw the smaller ones back as you get bigger ones.
Do you do charters in the Bay Area?
I do not unfortunately
Can you ever find triple tail in Tampa bay
Yes, a lot of people have been catching them off traps inside the bay lately. Wanna look for areas with good flow
Have you ever caught one closer inshore on a kayak? Haha
I actually have! They often times like hanging out around dock pilings, crab traps, and stationary boats inshore
@@SeeYaDude I need to try it!
What lb line and leader do you use?
I was using 10# braid and 20# fluorocarbon leader
Yo my boi I’m first
For tripletail, you ever use artificial shrimp vodoo, doa, or savage gear
I've caught some using doa shrimp before and see people catch them on Gulp shrimp as well
Link for you net please
It's a Frabill Power Stow net, here's a link to it: amzn.to/38tM35I
That reel sounds as horrible as mine 😬
The reel maintenance kit has been ordered 👍
i wouldve cried for you if that second keeper jumped out of the cooler
Yep they have to be 18 to take em home, a rule not just for triple tail.
You need to oil your spinning reel ....
He needs to clean it first. 😁
The reel maintenance kit has been ordered, it definitely needs some love
Good video, but maybe just leave them alone after you have your limit and chase something else?
he was awaiting to swallow the shrimp - don't eat and run
That salad just looks like wet lettuce
You're not wrong 😂
Oh man I had to turn the volume all the way down that reel sounds like nails on a chalkboard
Limit in the ocean. What a joke!
Camera work makes me seasick
