This made me think of what sets those ghost cities in China would make!! And also how awesome they had Native people as a major part of the story.... I'm seeing the allegory of what our Native people suffered, how they were aculturated. So refreshing to see this in science fiction format!

This is an exceptionally good movie, which bodes well for the future of cinema -- if we can pull the world out of the crises that a few bad organizations and countries have inflicted on the rest of us. I'm too old and too ill to tell you what I found in the movie, so I would urge you, if the film engaged you at all, to view it more than once and follow the pointers, suggestions, and subtle hints that any good art provides. You will be rewarded. 😎 😎

I stepped in a wolf trap, it was so rusted it just crumbled under my weight. Landmines can get more sensitive over time. Glad it was one and not the other.
The Giant Mosquitoes 🦟/Drone whisper.😉🤘. I knew what the giant mosquitoes were from the beginning 😏. I enjoyed. Just wish the volume was higher, had a really hard time hearing everything but the commercials.
Interesting film. I watched this without any prior research so the main hope was that it wasn't yet another zombie film. 3/4 of the way through, I really enjoyed it, no spoilers so I won't elaborate further. There was a part toward the end that was a "come on now" moment where the writers kinda dropped the ball in the facility with the guards approaching. but I did like the ending. It didn't come together as well as I'd hope but it was good for what it was. The drone scene needed more explanation. The only real exception was I really wanted to see the kids go north but I guess the director figured that journey wasn't needed. Good film, good casting, great to see more native peoples and culture, recommended.

Interesting film. I watched this without any prior research so the main hope was that it wasn't yet another zombie film. 3/4 of the way through, I really enjoyed it, no spoilers so I won't elaborate further. There was a part toward the end that was a "come on now" moment where the writers kinda dropped the ball in the facility with the guards approaching. but I did like the ending. It didn't come together as well as I'd hope but it was good for what it was. The drone scene needed more explanation. The only real exception was I really wanted to see the kids go north but I guess the director figured that journey wasn't needed. Good film, good casting, great to see more native peoples and culture, recommended.
Just a couple zombies would have added flavor. Just sayin
