Super cool instruction. Currently, I am not a Baja guy but, my buddy has my first VW Bug that is a Baja I bought 33 years ago! I think I am gonna sell him on this but, a large diameter steering wheel is in order. Makes sense with the sized tires and uh, getting older lol!
Thank you for the question! I used about 80 feet. I used two 50 foot rolls. Kind of a PITA to splice seamlessly so I would suggest a 100’ roll for a continuous wrap. A 14” wheel will use about 80 feet.

Thank you! This can be done on almost any wheel. And yes, getting older. LOL
Yep, having the knots on top looks better! Love it, I may do this to the Sickxty!!
Yes! It was a little harder because the knots were on top but it makes a huge difference in the way it feels! Feels great!
How much paracord did you buy for this 100ft?

I don´t know how it safe to drive, but it´s cool
I’ve done this on many of my customers vehicles, boats and on my own rides and have never had an issue. I’d say it’s 100% safe if done correctly.
@@69bajaoutdoors okey i will try it ;-)

It may take a bit to get the hang of it. If you need any help, I’m here for you.
I did this to my 05 Dodge a year ago with the knots on the inside and it’s awesome. I never grab a hot steering wheel. People notice it right away.
