Hi Doug. It's so great to hear you again. You're sounding great. I really hope to see a lot more of your vids in my feed.
We're old "friends" from the late 70's when I used to watch you play at Hollihan's on Redondo Pier (where my friend Terry tended bar) and other places. Haven't seen you since those days, though I spoke to you briefly when you were on the radio on that Long Beach Blues station. But I've never forgotten about you and your great guitar work during all these years. Nightbird remains one of my favorite songs of all time. You're looking great, so I hope all is well in your life and your health is good. It's a damn shame you're so far from LA though, as I'm finally a good enough guitarist that we could have enjoyed a fun jam or two. Such is life.
