- A number of Brood Trout have been released under Normandy Dam in the Duck River and after a slow start, was able to get on to a couple of them. It was a windy day where quality over quantity best described my day! #fishing #troutfishing #broodtrout #duckriver #normandydam

@ I’ve not been to the Everglades but it sure sounds fun! The peacock bass are in my list and that can only be caught in Miami and southern parts of FL! Btw, I didn’t catch any broods but caught about a dozen rainbows at Normandy!

@@DadsFishingAdventures yes they are. You have to walk/wade further down away from the dam close to what I think was an old wall structure . At least that’s where I got the most bites!

Thanks for watching! This is the first year I have been able to get out there soon after they are stocked. Worth the trip.
I would reccomend getting a small landing net because there has been occasions I've seen of people getting them right close to the bank then the trout will pop off and swim away
