Trout Fishing At Nice Mill Dam, the Day After the Trout Stocking.
Got out to do some fishing the day after the trout were stocked at Nice Mill Dam. Lots of people standing on or near the dam, so I decided to head downstream a bit and one of my favorite spots was wide open! #troutfishing #trout #fishing #tennesseefishing

It's been a while since we have been out fishing. With the holidays, we have been spending the majority of our time in Wisconsin with friends and family. A number of Brood Trout have been released under Normandy Dam in the Duck River and after a slow start, was able to get on to a couple of them. It was a windy day where quality over quantity best described my day! #fishing #troutfishing #broodtrout #duckriver #normandydam

Took advantage of the beautiful fall day in Middle Tennessee to get some crappie fishing in. It was either that or go to the Titans game and it was sure to be a home field advantage for the Vikings down here in TN! Managed to get a handful of crappie and enjoy the day on the lake. Got out to Couchville Lake in Long Hunter State Park for a bit on Veterans Day. Beautiful day, but the blue skies may have not helped the fishing much. Managed to grab a couple and enjoyed the day on the water. #fishing #crappiefishing #djineo #kayakfishing

Yes, at the end of the video, you will see a snake with a freshly caught fish! Looks like we all had a good day at the Dam! We caught multiple fish; however, only a few varieties. Took the new DJI Neo drone out to the Elk River to play around with it a bit and see if we could catch some trout while doing so! It was windy that day, so we decided not to push the limit of the drones wind resistance, but we did get a few shots and we ended up catching a few trout. #trout #troutfishing #elkriver #djineo

Nice relaxing video! Wish we had trout around my area. We have speckled trout in saltwater but saltwater fishing is so stressful! Lol. I prefer relaxing ponds and creeks. You caught some nice ones

I would reccomend getting a small landing net because there has been occasions I've seen of people getting them right close to the bank then the trout will pop off and swim away

I always keep extras of this specific lure, by far my favorite lure ever for fresh water i even catch cats with it!... props to rapala

Hope the dog was ok! Those were some nice little fish. I've been skunked the last 2 days, even the bluegill pond was a nothing sandwich lol.
Yeah, he was out there treading water for a bit before the owner finally went out and unhooked him, but he seemed fine. Even the best of them get skunked!

@ I’ve not been to the Everglades but it sure sounds fun! The peacock bass are in my list and that can only be caught in Miami and southern parts of FL! Btw, I didn’t catch any broods but caught about a dozen rainbows at Normandy!

@@DadsFishingAdventures yes they are. You have to walk/wade further down away from the dam close to what I think was an old wall structure . At least that’s where I got the most bites!
I wish they would stock more fish in New England. Sweet catch.

Why are they all so small? If there’s bigger fish in there they are definitely feeding well
They recently stocked the dam with the smaller trout. There are MANY larger trout (as we as other species) to be had.
I love fishing there! I just wish it wasn't 1.5 hours from me - I am down near Columbia :(

My son & I were the ones that walked up by you when you caught your largemouth. Looks like you had better luck than us. We were using live minnows from the river that we cast netted but only caught 1 largemouth by where you caught yours and a huge spotted gar further up stream.
