Hasn't the YM2 been discontinued?
The Avengers line is an instant classic, subbed 😂😂😂😂
Nice GS…. You can’t beat the finishing for the money, just got a 9f85 like yours….. it’s not easy explaining the detail in the GS quartz but what a piece of kit.
I'm glad someone pointed it out about all the variations of Daytona. I counted earlier they have at least 30. Meanwhile the speedy much less.
All Gold Deapsea = The Boat Anchor
I call it the “Dismemberment”
Will navigate the depths of the collectors vault
I like the black/grey green handed GMT so I'll be hunting one. I was a big fan of the solid black GMT with the green hand so Rolex's new releases are fine with me.
Great sum up Andy. What about Cartier releases next time?
Sky Dweller Yellow Solid Gold white dial for me‼️💯 my grail has arrived 🤩‼️
Its not real with, they call it white, but if you put a white daytona at the side, you will see its more silver than with unfortunately
Great overview of the new Rolex releases 👍🏻
Would have liked to have seen a few more new steel models in the lower priced ranges like the OP's, Datejust & Subs but hey-ho.
Such a good channel, well done Andy 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
A very good summary of the "novelties", although not much new to cover. The GMT is the best of the bunch, basically bringing back the discontinued model with a grey lower half of the bezel insert, personally I would have preferred a red GMT hand. I have a stainless steel Deepsea which is heavy enough, I can only imagine how comfortable that yellow gold model is going to be!!!! I think the blue dial/yellow gold combo in a Deepsea is bad enough but it retains the titanium HEV, so gives the impression of being a gold plated homage. Shame about a sub with red writing not being announced.
The gold day/dates are selling under list secondary and that two tone sub is very close to list secondary so you can just go and buy your guilty pleasure without doing the AD dance Andy!
Guilty pleasures are not to be bought. Only lusted after.
Hated to see LeMans Daytona go, although I would have never had a chance to get one anyway.
How is rolex not boring? How are rolex wearers not copy cat sheep without any self expression?
Andy you are so right. Why go to the trouble of creating new models when the existing ones are such high demand. So they’ve focussed on producing a whole load of really expensive prototypes, which is really what those other models are; I’d be amazed if they sold more than a dozen of those other releases before W&W 2025. I wish someone could explain how Rolex, with a new factory / factories starting to manufacture, who produce more watches than any other Swiss brand, have supply issues, when everyone else, who produce considerably less, manage to meet the demand.
Shear demand and numbers for a small range of models I guess + some smoke and mirrors
They don't have to produce as many of they gold and diamond versions they just released because the demand isn't as high. Therefore they get away with making new models that won't bog down the assembly line.
I like the GMT though I can see it being less popular than people might think. Still zero chance of getting one of course!
cheers Andy - overall found the Rolex releases pretty dull and boring! Tudor have once again been the most impressive so far for me!
It's funny how people who can't afford certain watches criticize and jump over them 😂
Glad you skipped the Lady Datejust category. There are a million watches…only a slight exaggeration. 😂
I want the gold deepsea but I'm £40k short 😂😂
Shocking releases, Rolex looking big spenders now.
Was after a Motif Datejust but have had the chomp. The only watch I want now is a white Dial Explorer2.
There was talk this might have gone but good to see it is still available. Rolex now just looking to go up market in a big way.
GMT winner, but yeah. I'm not taking my name off a Batgirl waitlist yet for it
Batgirl is a much nicer watch than the black and grey, not impressed
@@rickyrickman5458 holding judgement until I see in person, but it will be hard for it to overtake it.
The Daytona is ridiculous. The GMT is boring. And the DeepSea is just dumb. But the DayDate….that one is rock star!! Love it.
🥱😴
The first vid on W&W you do is Rolex novelties yet you sold the best watch you owned which was a Rolex Sub…
All the Rolex hype and none are for sale to us mere mortals!
Not a great year for Rolex, the only thing that would interest me would be the new 1908 and I'm not a dress watch person in any way. Even the back/grey gmt looks bland compared to the steel and gold version
Let's be honest, they're all awful this year..... 😂😂
LeMans got discontinued
Never production issues watches were in back retailers got monthly allocations don’t buy into crap..ps double Rolex owner never again!
The GMT is an absolute winner. The rest is for millionaires. Sad
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Platinum. Diamonds. Gold. More diamonds. More gold. Full golden jackets. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Are Rolex trying to tell us something? Yes, we need to be Zillionaires. Or there’s shop window Tudor for the great unwashed. Tudor. Nah. Rolex platinum, diamonds and gold. Nah. These releases are becoming silly. Why not a platinum DeepSea challenge. Weighing in at 6Kg. Perfect for the hotel pool deep end.
Pretty bland releases from Role in my opinion. I have the original SS Deepsea and I love it beyond words, but it is a ridiculous beast of a watch. In gold it is just mental. I don’t know who at Rolex signed it off, but unless you are Eddie Hall you ain’t wearing it for any length of time. The ultimate safe queen.
Snooze … only interest to me is new Green Ombré dial YG DD40.
None are for me.
Not impressed by these Rolex releases.
