My recent discovery of you and your line of make-up has made me feel so hopeful and inspired. Years ago I modeled. So much fell away over the years. Health issues brought on by an abusive marriage, then raising children solo, a diagnosis I was losing my eyesight. Now about to turn 65 I am determined to rise like a phoenix out of the ashes. I'm 58 and haven't worn makeup for about 30 years. In recent years I've started watching a few makeup tutorials and I discovered this channel about two weeks ago. I really enjoyed this video and found it so interesting. I think maybe one day I may try some makeup again, just some eyeliner, mascara and lipstick. It would be good fun to play a bit.
I totally get you! In addition to my arthritis I have extremely sensitive skin and have very few brands of makeup I can use. Eye makeup is especially a challenge. So I rarely use Amy makeup at all and when I do it's minimal.
@@deedk I hope you enjoy it when you do use it. Isn't life strange? Since I wrote this comment I've developed an eye problem which has taken away any chance of me thinking about using makeup. I am 78 yrs old and do have a problem with both shaky hands and arthritis. In addition, I have double vision which does add a bit of a challenge when lining my eyes. I try to rest my elbow on a ledge and the base of my hand on my cheek bone - so far this has helped greatly but I can definitely see the advantage of the Guide Beauty tool. Thank you very much for not forgetting we older women who still want to look fashionable.

I’m 69, and have a permanent tremor. I am excited about this new tool! I have your eyeliners, but do have a problem putting it on my eyelids. I love how you show us how to use makeup. Your videos, makeup, and fashion are exceptional, and thank you for your exciting videos, TikTok, etc. you are beautiful!!🌹🌹
YES! A small magnifying mirror attached to my wall-mounted one is now a MUST for applying my eye-makeup. I generally try to avoid these mirrors because reality x10 can be a bit confronting, but anything that helps is a good thing.
They make a special set of glasses. That is just one sided, and you can flip it over side to side that way when you’re doing one eye, the other eye you can see better with. If I can find a link, I’ll post it. But I’m sure if you googled makeup glasses or something, you could find it. Hope it helps!
Thank you for bringing this line to us! I have had MS since 2007 and have been a warrior throughout the years, never leaving my make up products behind. I am ordering this “ new tool” immediately! Thank you . I am loving all the products I have purchased and continue to add monthly. I appreciate your conscientiousness, Nikol.
Nichole, l want you to know your channel is a game changer for those of us who are not that good at applying makeup. Blending, choosing, using tools, buying and everything that goes along with beauty. Today I watched the demo of this new tool For shaky hands, this is awesome and I am going to ck this out. Your demonstration was soooo helpful and I am sure this will be something to make my morning routine less stressful. Thank you for sharing your expertise with all of us.
Nikol, you are the very BEST! i love your videos, and I love your "all inclusive" mindset. I treasure you and the products and classes you offer to all of us! Shine on!
I have been using the Guide eyeliner tool, and I love it. I lost an eye several years ago, and that loss made putting on eye makeup much more challenging. Thank you for featuring the tool 1:321:32 in one of your wonderful videos. Guide also makes three eyeshadow brushes that I can also recommend for less than steady hands. 1:32
Just WOW! I have been living with MS fir 20 + years. My hands shake and I need glasses to see up close. My makeup game has been crushed. I can’t tweeze my eyebrows either, especially when I have to close 1 eye. This tool looks awesome. I am so tired of having to wash my face numerous times when putting on makeup. You must be in my head because this video just popped up on my screen. That’s the problem I’ve been having. Things look great but are too much to actually use. Thank you SO MUCH for this video. I’m going to be 53 in November and would like to look like I used to with my makeup on point. MS has taken so much from me if I could find a way around I’ll take it. Have a wonderful day.🤗
Love it! I have a 80 old mother and I shared your video with her as this is an using her hands is an issue. I just ran across you for the first time today. Another part of being beautiful for women is wearing a good bra and when you get Parkinson’s, MS or have arthritis, it’s very hard for a woman to put on a bra. If you have any friends out there in the beauty industry that has a great bra that’s easy to take on and off that would be a wonderful beauty tip to share too. Thanks gorgeous❤
Great job, Nikol! This tool also brings out the serious importance of doing the eyes first and not your facial skin of concealer and creams and lotions, etc. It's already very frustrating for somebody with MS, Parkinson's, or any other kind of shaky hand problems, and it could completely discourage a woman with these conditions to not wear makeup. And that's not your point. You want women to really continue to accentuate their beauty and feel good about it no matter what the problem might be. And I think this tool will help a lot of women do just that.❤
That liner looks great for me with nerve damage to my right hand. I will definitely try it. Love your look so fresh and natural, love all your videos, they are always helpful!
That looks like a great little tool! Ive started wrapping the handles of my makeup brushes, and all liner pencils and pens, with tiny rubber bands like the ones used for mini hair braids. It really helps! Also, I always do my hard eye first - the right eye bc Im mostly left-handed. I find its much easier to match the less-than-perfect eye when applying eye makeup. Thanks for the video Nikol!
those are great tips! thank you for sharing. i haven't worn makeup in YEARS... long story about why... but anyway, when I was able to wear makeup again I started watching YT videos to see what's current. i didn't even know what face or eye primer was... lol... the first time I did my makeup, I did a full beat. OMG!!! my oldest son knocked on my bedroom door and when I opened it, he looked at me like I was a lunatic but kindly didn't say anything. i was wondering about his facial expression tho. i went outside and checked myself out in my car mirror since that is the true test for makeup looking pretty and natural. i looked like I had been at a birthday party... cake face with plenty of flour looking powder on my face... hahaha. my eyeshadow was non-existent in my hooded eyes but my eyeliner was so wobbly a baby might have applied it. i really need all the tips I can get!!
Thank you for sharing. I was in accident and even after surgery over 5 years ago, I don't have full use of my hand. I had to put foam tube grips on the eyeliner and use both hands to put on eyeliner.
Interesting wand, I can see how it certainly would help someone with dexterity issues line their eyes, but really it would help someone who is just starting out using eyeliner too. I really like your demonstrations as you have some great tips so thank you x
Thank you for your reels I am bursting out and failing forward out in life and online and you give me the confidence to truly be my authentic self. Thank you
Excellent tool for anyone who lack’s confidence to line their eyes as well as for anyone with other dexterity problems. I know I shall look out for this gadget to help with my shaky hand. Thank you.
I don’t have any of the conditions that are associated with shaky hands. Nevertheless the less I have shaky hands that are one of the reasons it takes me so long to do makeup. I quit wearing it in the summer of 2020 and started again this spring. So much has changed. So much has changed: new products, different techniques, more wrinkles, more sun damage because I slacked on caring for my skin. It feels like I have to learn to put on makeup all over again. I am really glad I found Nikol. Such a wonderful presenceI am 72 and most of the techniques, colors, etc would not work for me even if I was 18. My skin is very, very fair and does not look good in very intense colors. I have tried several of the products from Nikol’s own line as well as some of the ones she has shown on U-tube and found some really like and some I can’t use because my skin is not dry. Looking forward to the release of the new primer but September is almost gone I have not yet seen anything about its availability. Also I would like to thank Nicole for being so genuine and such a positive inspiration. It’s nice to feel you are not wasting your time trying to present yourself, if not with beauty then at least with good taste and elegance.
Thank you Shirley I haven’t made an announcement about my Fiercely Smooth face primer because logistics always disappoints me so this time I wanted to wait until it arrived in our warehouse so I wouldn’t disappoint anyone with delays. Good news thought I am expecting it to arrive tomorrow!!!!!
Thanks for sharing such a thoughtful product. I admire how you show your skin close up without filters so we can really see the makeup application. Have a great day!
I have this product! I haven't got mobility issues but I have never been able to put on eyeliner properly and as I get older no more under the eyes! It's promising, I am playing with and practicing :) Also love all the products you used so have bookmarked them on your website for payday! :)
I absolutely love and appreciate all of your tutorials! As a 68 year old, I have found your tips extremely helpful for my mature skin. Your Just Peachy & the eye primer products are wonderful! I was wondering if you could possibly show makeup looks using a lip in pink (light to dark) - unfortunately the peachy/nude lip color that you are so fond of looks terrible with my skin tone and would love to see some makeup looks with pink lips.
I just turned 78 and had my third trigger finger surgery. I also have essential tremor in my left hand and it is starting in my right hand. So far I am still able to do my eyes pretty well. A bigger lighted makeup mirror has been a great help. I was taught makeup application when I was in Stewardess School for American Airlines in 1965. We had to use cake mascara because roll on was not “professional” looking. But we also had to wear false eyelashes. I know, it doesn’t make sense. Aging, thinning hair, health issues, it can be depressing or a learning experience. Thank you for all the great tutorials. I am excited to be learning again.
Great presentation! Going to try this. I have light skin and dark hair with discolorations too. Was so glad to find this chanel. The tips to camaflauge these discolorations with primer, concealer and conceal color correctors has been invaluable. My makeup looks so much nicer! Thank you so much.
That application was great! I will tell you that even with a steady hand, cream liner is a challenge for me. I would try this in a minute, especially since I can't ever get a "wing" that doesn't look botched.
OH THANK, THANK, THANK YOU! I've never seen any tips for women whose hands shake-like mine! I've had a tremor in my hands for as long as I can remember. Love your videos.
Thank you so much for doing this video!! I have severe arthritis and at age 49 I am having my 3rd joint replacement, which is now my right shoulder, i had both hips replaced at age 40 and 43, I am in a sling currently from healing due to a rotator cuff surgery that ended up being a waste of time and pain cause the surgeon said the arthritis is worse than he thought and i will need my shoulder replaced within months. I havent been able to wear makeup like i usually would wear but this tool might make it possible.😊
I know this video is from 3 months ago, but I’m happy to see it. I already have trouble applying eyeliner, and I think this Guide Beauty eyeliner tool will help me a lot. I have trouble applying mascara too. I don’t know what can help me with that! Thank you so much for putting out so many great videos and tutorials. I watch you just about every day! Thank you so much!❤
I’m 28, Slanted & Hooded Eyes. I throw all my 🏳️ flags in! Thank you for sharing, Thank you for supporting everyone and thinking about everyone 🥰🌹 I love brown liners 4:31 I have dark lids & circles. I love concealers and correctors. My money goes into concealers, correctors and Blushes 🤣 love blush. 10:49 me too. I can use my left hand for grabbing things. So I think I’m going to pick it up and I’m up for the challenge. 11:52 yass I love cream liners. Love how the brand & the creator thought about everyone too. 13:54 the look is a beautiful & gorgeous everyday look. 15:02 you spend tons of money too. Congratulations. 17:03 mines too!!
I love the idea of this because I have little use of my left arm/hand from a stroke in 2011. I am left handed so using my right hand for everything has not been easy. I can't do a wing to save my soul! I'll definitely check it out.
Thank you so much for this video. I have tremors so it has been difficult to put on eyeliner and it has always been my go to for quick makeup days. I am 71 and my eyes are very light. I will definitely try this tool and product. Thanks again. God bless you. Love your videos.
This was an amazing showing of that product. I loved your open approach to the product and that you were so honest. I love watching your make up and fashion videos. I will be 39 next month but I love classic beauty and you are giving so much elegance. I am here for it ❤
I love your beauty looks and tips. I'm practicing using some of your products but haven't reached perfection yet. I'm letting my hair go gray (had to retire last year because of arthritis so my budget for hair has changed). I hope my color is as beautiful as yours...wish I had your volume! If you're ever in MD and need a face for a video, I volunteer!
Thanks Nicole! I'm going to pull mine out after a couple years too. Lol! I'm not a makeup junkie and didn't want to practice and try to figure it out. Love your tips and tricks and that sometimes you promote brands other than your own!
You are the best Nikol! I love that you show other beauty products to help us, I will be giving this a try. Could you give tips on 65+ sagging, large pored skin?
Thank you for sharing this video. I also remember 2 yrs ago someone on U Tube recommended me this product but I totally forgot about it until now. I have shaky hands and bad eyes. I have not used eyeliner for many yrs. Thank you so much!!❤❤❤
I am delighted! I recently went to the eye doctor as I have been having trouble seeing. I was told that I had cataracts. But in the doctors opinion, “they’re not bad enough to remove yet. We’ll wait a few more years and revisit the seriousness”! What? Easy for him to say, they are not his eyes! So I had stopped wearing makeup (amongst other things) completely for fear of looking ridiculous in public. I am so unhappy with that as I love makeup and hadn’t left the house without makeup since I was 12 (I am now 58). You have brought me a game changer! Because even though I have a 10Xs magnifying makeup mirror, it just wasn’t enough, I found myself trying to rest my hand on my cheek to do my eyeliner. I think I could use this for a straight lip line too! Exciting 🎉
Thank u for this video I hust bought the guide eyeliner an the applicator an now that u demo it I feel confident that I'll be able to use it I always get alot of good makeup tips watching u an I love that u also have tips for us mature women I'm 72 an I love putting makeup on everyday 😊
One year later, I just watched this video and am so impressed with the adaptive tool for eyeliner! Checking their website it is still available! Yay! Thank you so much for featuring this unique and helpful product!!!
Thank you for bringing this to your channel. I have shakey hands, this looks like a solution. I just purchased this and the eyeliner. I can't wait to try them.
What an amazing tool. I can see so many ways this tool can/will help ladies. My hands tend to cramp at times and I also struggle with blurred vision at times. I can see where this tool could help both of those problems. I think if you practice a lot you'll develop "muscle memory" and could probably use this to apply eyeliner without a mirror (using feel). I'm so excited to purchase this tool and start using it. I'm so glad I found your channel. I have mature skin and have stopped wearing makeup because I don't like the way it feels so heavy on my face. I want/like just a light natural feel and look. I'm excited to start trying makeup again. I've also discovered that for 40 years I've been applying my makeup wrong. I always started with concealer and foundation FIRST. It makes a lot more sense to do your eyes first, and then proceed to the rest. I can't wait to watch more of your videos. Thanks again.
I have a shaky left hand and of course I am left handed. I just ordered this plus I love cream eyeliner. I cannot wait for your BB cream to come out! I ran out and loved it. Thanks so much for your informative videos for challenged and mature women! You are a God-send!
I really appreciate that you included this tool for those of us with mobility issues. I suffer from arthritis as well as shaking from anxiety issues. If you find any more helpful tool I'd love the tip. Specifically for applying mascara. Thank you so much!😊
Thank you for sharing this. I have very shaky hands and have never been able to do eyeliner. This gives me a better chance! Also, I'm a little younger than your target audience but your tutorials are still incredibly useful to me. You teach well and that's a wonderful quality to encounter.
Guide Beauty was on QVC just last week launching this product and both ladies were present during the demonstration to explain as well, in case anyone They sold out of this particular product, but have brushes and other items in case anyone was looking for them. My sister-in-law has MS and I will definitely be telling her about this brand.
I love love love your “Just Peachy!” It goes on so easily and does the best job! I have the same discoloration where you have yours so this works so well!
I am 75 and I don't line the top of my lid. I line the top waterline. I like your products but I use drugstore brands as they are more affordable for me.
Hey Sweetheart, just a little FYI be very careful doing that. I use to only line my top and bottom water line, until I woke up one day and my eye wouldn’t stop watering, just my left eye. I thought allergies but it was December, it would tear up so much, it looked like I was crying out of one eye. Anyway it lasted for a month and I finally went to the Eye Doctor. Here from all the Eyeliner it clogged my tear duct. They had to numb my eye and put this long tube down my tear duct to flush it. About 2 days later while I was on Antibiotic eye drops, I had sever pain under my eye in the corner. I pressed on it and the infection started coming out, it was disgusting. Sorry for the story, lol, but please be careful.
You line the top waterline? I've never done that and I won't. Another commenter said to be very careful and I agree. You should read her comment and hear what she went through.
@@melissathefamI have three adult kids, have always had animals, we have a dog and two cats now. My point of saying this is I've had to take care of a lot of yucky stuff over the years! But anything to do with eyes and I'm NOPE! I'm sorry for what you had to go through, I've never heard of anything like this. I hope your doing better now. How scary that must have been for you!
S a retired nurse here. It can clog the oil ducts around your lashes too and cause irritation or local infection and loss of lash(s). Do like Nikola and dot the lash line from above. You can create nearly the same effect safely. Ps I'm 82 next month.😊
OMG! I need this item. In the past year I have been diagnosed with some significant vision issues. I stopped wearing eye liner, mascara, and lashes because I simply couldn't see what I was doing. I am going to buy this liner wand product because I think it is going to be very forgiving and a lot easier to clean up mascara with a wet q tip. Thanks 😊
I have Dystonia, a muscle movement disorder, and applying eyeliner has always been challenging. I'm excited to try the wand! No more poking my eyeballs!
Absolutely beautiful...quite natural look with just enough color. So very happy that you videoed this game changing (for me, an arthirtis challenged makeup applier), eyeliner tool as a maiden attempt. Your ability to verbalize the process is outstanding. I've been a subscriber for a bit now and look forward to incorporating your personal line into my daily routine. Being able to tell exactly why your product is created as it is, adds pertinent information to my needs as a person of wisdom 😊 (positively no longer referred to as a senior). A big challenge to my beauty routine has been addressing my skin's uneven tone and texture (I'm so unique, right?😅)! Smoothing the look of color has forever been something I struggle with. I have uneven tones of red and extremely dark, puffy undereye color. I prefer less overall layering due to my skin tendency being, on the dry side. Sharing on how YOU PREP and apply is very helpful to me and my...WISE-r 😂 skin! I never tire of your professional and honest presentation abilities. You aspire me to shine the best I can, regardless of challenges. Holding fast to old-comfortable techniques, even though they may no longer work in my best interest, is an area that I wish to venture from. Like you state, we all have different skin. Your tutorials are essential to my personal venture in becoming more comfortable in trying different products and techniques on my skin. Aging continues to change my skin's needs, seemingly more rapidly than ever. Maybe I am in need of a simple perspective shift.? I look to enhance my skin's appearance, not cover it. Your passionate presentation of professional knowledge gives me comfort in my journey to embrace my skin's changes, with gratitude of each additional day I've be blessed in receiving...to do so😊. For this, and so very much more, I must continue to thank you dearly. 🎉 Peace, Cindy Brawley Now...LET'S GET THIS BEAUTY STARTED!❤

How does it work for regular (not waterline) lining?
What or rather where is the waterline? Can you tell I don’t use it much???

For a lot of women over 50, applying eyeliner is difficult because of failing close-up vision.
Yes, if I take my glassed off I can't see what I am doing.
That’s the truth!
Amen. I've had to stop making a clean eyeliner and just make a smudged one with eyeshadow and a soft pencil instead.

I have been using the Guide eyeliner tool, and I love it. I lost an eye several years ago, and that loss made putting on eye makeup much more challenging. Thank you for featuring the tool 1:32 1:32 in one of your wonderful videos. Guide also makes three eyeshadow brushes that I can also recommend for less than steady hands. 1:32
Thank you Nicole God has blessed you with a caring heart for older ladies. It’s so rare for someone to take the time with us.
I think it's great that you look for products that accommodate people with issues❣️❣️❣️
Ughh I always love your hair. You have such class. ❤
Ughh???
@@elaineharley5501 Ughh.
Thank you so much!!
Thank you for that video Nicol. You are such a amazing human being!
You are so welcome!
Thank you
Fantastic video, thank you for including all women, beautiful look…💜
You are so welcome!
Excellent tool for anyone who lack’s confidence to line their eyes as well as for anyone with other dexterity problems. I know I shall look out for this gadget to help with my shaky hand. Thank you.
You are the best Niki ❤ thank you for this amazing channel
You are such a great person. Enthusiastically encouraging all of us to be our best. Thanks for being an articulate advocate.
What a great job demonstrating this tool!
Your mascara is the best I have ever tried. I have very skimpy eyelashes, and it makes what I have pop!
So happy to hear this! My new reformulated mascara has been a Huge it and I am so happy excited! ❤️❤️
Thanks for sharing such a thoughtful product. I admire how you show your skin close up without filters so we can really see the makeup application. Have a great day!
I love the bronzer that's made in Italy, just the right amount of pop, gorgeous color! Brava!!
You are such an admirable woman. Thank you for including "we others" 😊
Thank you as always. We feel your passion to help any and all of us!! You are so appreciated!!
I have this product! I haven't got mobility issues but I have never been able to put on eyeliner properly and as I get older no more under the eyes! It's promising, I am playing with and practicing :)
Also love all the products you used so have bookmarked them on your website for payday!
Ur thinking of others 🌹 so beautiful technic thank you so much
Love that you go out of your way to include all women
Love that you feature products for challenged or even just older women. You are beautiful and not just on your outside.
Thank you for sharing, Thank you for supporting everyone and thinking about everyone 🥰🌹
I love brown liners 4:31 I have dark lids & circles.
Great video so good to know that it’s available to help those with mobility issues.
I am here for it ❤
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much!!❤❤❤
You are beautiful and your makeup looks so natural. Excited to explore your line!
Exciting 🎉
Thank you for thinking about all of us!
Thank u for this video I hust bought the guide eyeliner an the applicator an now that u demo it I feel confident that I'll be able to use it I always get alot of good makeup tips watching u an I love that u also have tips for us mature women I'm 72 an I love putting makeup on everyday 😊
I got this exact same thing on Wish about 2 years ago. Cost me $2.00 and I love it!
So many people struggle with dexterity as the age I think it’s great that you showed this.
You are a lovely person in every aspect, inside and out. I love watching your shorts they are inspirational and exciting!
One year later, I just watched this video and am so impressed with the adaptive tool for eyeliner! Checking their website it is still available! Yay! Thank you so much for featuring this unique and helpful product!!!
Excellent solution ,thanks for sharing on your site. Keep up the good work Nicola
Thanks again for a wonderful tutorial. I am 82 and love putting on makeup.
I think it’s great yu considering those people who gave these situations my goodness we can all benefit
Thank you for bringing this to your channel. I have shakey hands, this looks like a solution. I just purchased this and the eyeliner. I can't wait to try them.
Thank you, I have arthritis and I’m only 40, I didn’t know tools like this existed. Thank you for sharing
❤you are such a beautiful human being, thank you for you being you ❤. Glad you are in the world you make it a better place! ❣️
I have a shaky left hand and of course I am left handed. I just ordered this plus I love cream eyeliner. I cannot wait for your BB cream to come out! I ran out and loved it. Thanks so much for your informative videos for challenged and mature women! You are a God-send!
Oh heck yes…RA….this looks so good
I really appreciate that you included this tool for those of us with mobility issues. I suffer from arthritis as well as shaking from anxiety issues. If you find any more helpful tool I'd love the tip. Specifically for applying mascara. Thank you so much!😊
I bought it like three years ago too. Glad to see it’s getting some publicity.
Interesting I linked the product below and it was in stock when I linked this morning.
I’m sure they’ll have it restocked soon.
Thank you for your honesty and authenticity
Love this new tool for so many ladies I know. Saving this video. Thank you!
You are so welcome!
I loved that you shared that!❤️
Another excellent educational video---thank you!😍
Kudos to you for showcasing these tools. Thank you ❤
I love love love your “Just Peachy!” It goes on so easily and does the best job! I have the same discoloration where you have yours so this works so well!
I like how you use your fingers as well, for those who have grip issues, that's a great option.
Love the eyeliner.. thank you so much for showing us .🙏🙏
I am 75 and I don't line the top of my lid.
I just suck at eyeliner. I bought this two years ago and haven’t used it. You
Made me dig it out. Thanks!!!
Thanks 😊
Thank you for demonstrating this tool, very helpful. You are beautiful, I like all your different looks
Oh I can't wait to give that tool a go! Thanks for sharing it, and really giving it a demo.
Thank you! Mobility/stability is an issue and this looks to add to success, thank you!
Wow! That looks like a game changer for my tremor!
I have Dystonia, a muscle movement disorder, and applying eyeliner has always been challenging. I'm excited to try the wand! No more poking my eyeballs!
Nikol, I love your hair, it's absolutely beautiful!! ❤❤❤
That tool is great ! I love it! I don’t have any disabilities, but just the control . I have trouble with eyeliner too.
Peace,
Cindy Brawley
Now...LET'S GET THIS BEAUTY STARTED!❤
Super pretty look. I will look into the products.
😅 Thank you for showing this product. I will buy it.Have a great week.👍🏻💐
Thanks Nicole
The concealer looks beautiful. I’m enjoying my just peachy!
